Georgia fourth graders shown video of puppet show where dog is identifying as a cat

AUBURN, GA - From the same people who think men can become pregnant, we bring you the following. After all, it’s “science” after all. An elementary school in Auburn is teaching fourth graders that dogs can identify as cats. It’s taking the whole gender identity shtick to an absurd level.

According to The Post Millennial, fourth graders were shown a video of a dog puppet who believes he’s a cat and forces other animals to affirm his identity. Of course, all of this is just code for telling the kids that boys can identify as girls and vice versa. American kids’ test scores in the toilet? Who cares! We’ve got some indoctrinating to do.

Libs of TikTok posted a copy of the video (below) that was shown to fourth graders at Bramlett Elementary School in Auburn.

According to the outlet, the LGBT activists who made the video are trying to push their philosophy on unaware students. The group also promotes pride parades and festivals for children and has presentations at libraries where they do live shows for children. The materials were originally made for the “benefit” of the Thames Valley District School Board in London, ONT., Canada.

“Teachers can use them to support the start of a conversation in their classroom, and they’re a free resource for families,” said organizer Paula Jesty. The videos were initially funded by the government of far-left Marxist Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to indoctrinate kids into the far-left version of gender ideology and adult sexual lifestyles.

In explaining the whole dog identifying as a cat thing, the creator of the show, puppeteer Frank Meschkuleit, defined it this way:

“Somehow, puppets are able to gently pry open that door and allow communication to begin. Our hope is that enough kids and their families see this so there can be dialogue, and that’s the beginning of all good change.”

In the puppet-based program given to the students at Bramlett Elementary, called “Pride Understanding,” a dog named Gulliver gets confused when a dog named Barry arrives at school but acts like a cat. This is part of the group’s catalog on “acceptance and understanding.”

“Puppets are a great bridge for that because, obviously, they’re already different,” said Meschkuleit. “Using the puppet is a very effective way to get people to open their minds and listen.” Or brainwash impressionable school children.

In another episode, a bunny explained that her dad is now her mom and claimed that babies can be born in the wrong body. The bunny says trans is a “condition” where a person’s brain and body don’t match. The information is supplied for children by using paper dolls.

“I remember when I was in [grade] school. There wasn’t much acknowledgment about the LGBTQ community, and I know that causes a lot of problems,” said director Nicole Coenen. “The videos give students that acknowledgment like ‘we understand you, we know that you’re there.’ So you can feel more included and know that we belong. It starts a conversation [and] that’s the main point. We want people to know that it’s OK to ask questions about these things.”

It’s also social contagion, which has become an epidemic in the trans-obsessed world.

The group produces a number of other videos for children because it’s important to screw up as many children as possible. Among the selections are “transgender/pronoun,” “same-sex marriage,” and “how to be an ally.”

In the episode discovered by Libs of TikTok, Gulliver is looking forward to meeting Barry and is excited to be getting another dog. However, Barry wears a rainbow collar (of course), plays with yarn, licks his paws like a cat does, and practices purring and meowing.

Confused, Gulliver goes to the teacher and says, “We’ve got to talk,” and explains that Barry thinks he’s a cat. The teacher is mortified…not by Barry acting like a cat but by Gulliver’s lack of “acceptance” instead.

“Gulliver, you’re really struggling with this,” she says. “I couldn’t ask Barry to change who he is; that would make him really sad.”

In other words, suck it up, buttercup. You’re the one who’s got the problem, not Barry. C’mon, this is 2024, after all.

The teacher tells Gulliver, "Accepting people for who they are is a very important skill. We accept you for who you are.”

Fourth graders don’t need to learn about American history, basic math, how to form a coherent sentence, or how to read a book. They need to learn about “acceptance.”

For Gulliver, however, he is still not down with the whole identity thing.

“That’s different. I’m a dog who acts like a dog. That’s normal,” Gulliver told our woke educator.

“Not normal,” the teacher lectures, “just more common. It’s okay to have questions, questions are good if they help you to accept someone for who they are.”

Pride Understanding says they “believe in the art of storytelling to start a conversation. They claim that stories “have been developed to increase awareness, understanding, and decrease stigma: giving families, schools, and caregivers the tools to create a safe environment to ask questions and start a discussion.”

The program is underwritten by the Canadian government, PFLAG Canada of London, Ontario, the United Way (aren’t you glad you make those donations through your paycheck?), Optimist International, the Thames Valley School District School Board, the Ontario Trillium Foundation, and the Pride London Festival.

These idiots are starting early to warp kids minds. We've gotten used to them doing that in our colleges. What a joke these folks are. Frightening there are so many nut cases in our country.

Sick! The producers of this film and the actors in it should be charged with Child Sexual Abuse. The longer we let this continue, there will be no coming back to morality. If it's not already to late!

Never before have we been more under siege by these willful social misfits and their selfish enablers. As Candace Owens said recently; "To survive the woke culture, you have to become a liar." Dave Chappelle shared his opinion recently: "To what degree do I have to participate in another person's self-image?" The enablers are the real problem.

I'm reminded of a simple meme picturing an adorable girl having a talk with her mom in the kitchen: "Mommy, I think I'm a boy." The girl's mom, smiling, while preparing PB&J sandwiches replied confidently: "Well, you're not."
