BOSTON, MA - When people vote for idiots, they get idiotic results.
Meet Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey, a DEI intersectional lesbian who was elected in 2022 to run what used to be the cradle of liberty. Now, it is an illegal alien-overrun cesspool that proudly calls itself a “sanctuary state,” but where Healey is now complaining about said illegal aliens “taking advantage” of taxpayer-funded shelters, Fox News Digital reports.
Healey, vying for the worst governor in the country and, even though she has a lot of competition, she is clearly in the top three, is feigning outrage this week after an illegal alien was found with nearly $1 million of drugs and an AR-15 rifle at a hotel being used as a temporary shelter.
Mind you, Massachusetts prides itself on having some of the “toughest” gun laws in the country. That is, of course, if you are a legal gun owner. Criminals? Not so much.
As a reminder, Healey has also vowed to defy President-elect Trump’s promised mass deportation, saying that Massachusetts State Police would be barred from assisting ICE authorities in carrying out the program. Yet she has the intestinal fortitude to claim the federal government isn’t doing anything to control mass (illegal) migration.
“It’s outrageous that this individual took advantage of our shelter system to engage in criminal activity,” Healey bellowed in a statement.
Healy’s feigned outrage came after Leonardo Andujar Sanchez, an illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, was arrested at a Quality Inn in the Boston suburb of Revere, which the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has taken over to house illegal aliens. Sanchez, 28, is facing firearms and drug trafficking charges.
According to Boston 25, Sanchez was caught in possession of an AR-15, ammunition, large-capacity magazines, fentanyl, and cocaine. The drugs had “an estimated street value of at least $750,000,” the outlet said.
Sanchez entered the US illegally last year and obtained an ID from the New York shelter system, another outlet reported. He is currently being held without bond after a Chelsea District Court judge determined he was dangerous. Thank you, Captain Obvious, but hey, at least there is one sane judge in Massachusetts.
After the incident, the incensed governor of Massachusetts ordered an inspection of all state shelters just in the nick of time.
“I’ve ordered an inspection of all shelter units, beginning with the Revere site, and a full review of our intake processes to determine any additional steps that we can take to prevent criminal activity in shelters,” Healey said.
Healey followed that up with the following tone-deaf statement.
“This further underscores our broken federal immigration system and the urgent need for Congress and the White House to act on a border security bill to prevent criminals from entering our communities,” she said. “The people of Massachusetts should not continue to have to deal with the impacts of federal inaction.”
It should be noted that since January 20, 2021, the date Biden was inaugurated, an estimated 12 million illegals have crossed into the United States, permitted to do so by inept and likely criminal action (or inaction) by the federal government. The federal government, which it should be noted had the White House, the House, and the Senate in the first two years of the Biden administration, did nothing to deter the illegal invasion of our country. Now, Healey conveniently blames Republicans.
Healey’s sudden complaints about illegal immigration stand in stark contrast to a statement she made in 2023, where she said migrants are “drawn here [Massachusetts] because we are and proudly have been a beacon to those in need.”
After Donald Trump was elected in November and after he appointed Tom Homan to be his border czar while promising a “mass deportation” of illegal aliens, Healey pledged to obstruct the administration in ridding the country first of violent, criminal illegal aliens.
When asked by an MSNBC host in November if the Mass State Police would assist ICE, Healey answered “absolutely not,” while vowing to use “every tool in the toolbox” to “protect our citizens.” Point of information to Healey…illegal aliens are NOT citizens.
“I do think it is important that we all recognize that there is going to be a lot of pressure on states and state officials. I can assure you we’re going to work hard to deliver,” Healey said at the time. “So I think the key here is that you know, every tool in the toolbox has got to be used to protect our citizens, to protect our residents, and protect our states and to hold the line on democracy and the rule of law as a basic principle.”
As a point of information for Healey, who must have finished in the bottom portion of her law school class, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 18 of the United States Constitution vests Congress as having plenary power over immigration. So far as “hold[ing] the line…[onl]....the rule of law,” Healey appears to be breaking the law by interfering with the federal government enforcing federal immigration law.
As far as Homan is concerned, he is warning state and local officials who intend to defy the Trump administration and obstruct efforts to apprehend and deport illegal aliens.
“The president [elect] has been clear, out of the gate, we are going to focus on public safety threats and national security threats first,” Homan told Fox News. “If they don’t want to help us, then get the hell out of the way; we’re going to do it.”

Taxpayer funded drug houses... Something to be said about the voters of Massachusetts. If there is no recall vote for her idiot policies and stances, that says even more about them.

She should be recalled immediately and removed from office.

She should be rapped or beaten, shot up with some heroin by an illegal; better yet her DAUGHTER and then shot with that AR-15 left in the street for someone to find her. I'M SURE SHE WOULD CHANGE HER MIND

You can blame the immigration problems on Biden, but in a few days you'll have to change it to 'climate change', like they are trying to do with the fire in Los Angeles.
