Another day, another illegal alien charged with child sexual assault in sanctuary state of Massachusetts

FALMOUTH, MA- In yet another case of child sexual assault in the sanctuary state of Massachusetts, a 53-year-old illegal alien from Brazil was arraigned in Falmouth District Court last month on charges of incest, aggravated statutory rape of a child and other charges, the Cape Cod Times reports. She was then arrested two days later by ICE in Falmouth, court and federal records show.

Ilma Leandro De Oliviera was served with a notice of intent/decision to reinstate a prior removal order on March 20. According to a press release from ICE, she is illegally in the US.

During her arraignment in Falmouth District Court, Leandro De Oliveira was charged additionally with unnatural act with a child, indecent assault and battery of a child under 14, indecent exposure, reckless endangerment of a child, and rape of a child. Sounds like the type of person Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) would fly down to Brazil to attempt a release.

Court documents showed that she pleaded not guilty to all crimes.

The release said that ICE, along with federal law enforcement partners from the FBI and ATF, arrested Leandro De Oliveira.

“Ilma Leandro De Oliveira is charged with seven different crimes regarding the sexual victimization of a child in our Massachusetts community,” said ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston acting Field Office Director Patricia H. Hyde. “These are crimes we simply will not tolerate. ICE Boston will continue to prioritize the safety of our children by arresting and removing any criminal alien who poses a threat to our New England residents.”

Leandro De Oliveira was initially arrested on Sept. 20, 2007 after she illegally entered the country near Laredo, Texas. Customs and Border Protection served her a notice and order of expedited removal. She was removed from the U.S. to Brazll on Dec. 27, 2007.

She “illegally re-entered the U.S. on an unknown date, at an unknown location, and without being inspected, admitted or paroled by a U.S. immigration official,” the release continued.

After her most recent arrest, ICE Boston transferred custody of Leandro De Oliveira over to the U.S. Marshals Service. She is expected to be prosecuted for illegal reentry after deportation.

Leandro De Oliveira’s next court date on the state charges is scheduled for May 15 for a probable cause hearing.

This is the latest in a string of arrests involving illegal aliens and child sexual assault in Massachusetts, where Gov. Maura Healey (D) has openly defied President Trump’s executive order declaring a mass deportation effort of illegal aliens allowed into the country during the Biden administration’s open borders policies.

On March 19, ICE announced the arrest of Stivenson Omar Perez-Ajtzalan, 19, an illegal alien from Guatemala for aggravated rape of a child in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

ICE Boston arrested another illegal from Ecuador, Gilberto Avila-Jara at the beginning of April who faces over 20 charges of child sexual assault and rape, WWLP-22 reported

In February, ICE arrested Jose Fernando-Perez, 49, a Guatemalan national, in Framingham, Mass. He had previously been charged with three counts of raping a child by force and released on a $7500 bail, according to The New York Post.

The Post also reported another illegal, this time from Honduras, Juan ALberto Rodezno-Marin, who was charged with indecent assault and battery on a person above the age of 14, and assault to rape. He had been released without bail on a GPS monitor last December, according to CBS..

Such is life in the sanctuary state of Massachusetts, where children are not safe but where illegal aliens who like to rape children abound.
