BOSTON, MA - In another in a long line of heinous crimes committed by an illegal immigrants, federal authorities have apprehended an illegal alien who is accused by local law enforcement agencies of aggravated rape of a child, along with several other crimes, the Daily Caller News Foundation reports.

Agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested the suspect, Bryam Saraguro Ramon, a 29-year-old Ecuadorian national, on July 27 in the Boston suburb of North Dartmouth, according to a press release issued by the agency. The suspect entered the United States illegally several years ago before relocating to the Boston area.

“Bryam Saraguro Ramon is charged with some serious and disturbing crimes against a minor in our Massachusetts community,” Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston Field Office Director Todd Lyons stated. “We will not allow noncitizen sexual predators to victimize the children of our neighborhoods unabated.

“ERO Boston will continue to prioritize public safety by arresting and arresting egregious noncitizen offenders,” Lyon continued.

Saraguro was initially arrested in 2017 near Laredo, Texas, after Border Patrol agents saw him illegally entering the United States, ICE said. Saraguro was given a notice to appear by a federal immigration judge, transferred to ICE custody, and bonded out of ICE’s custody in June 2017.

Saraguro was arrested by Massachusetts State Police on July 23 and charged with two counts of aggravated rape of a minor, indecent assault and battery, and two counts of distributing obscene material to a minor, ICE revealed. The agency issued an immigration detainer against Saraguro the next day with the Bristol County House of Corrections, a formal request to assume custody of the suspect before being released back into the community.

It appears local law enforcement honored the detainer request, leading deportation officers to apprehend Saraguro on July 27 at the Bristol County House of Corrections, according to the agency. He remains in ICE custody.

Saraguro’s arrest follows several other high-profile crimes involving illegal aliens in the Boston area. Earlier this month, an illegal alien from Haiti was apprehended by deportation officers after he was charged with raping a disabled child and released by local law enforcement authorities despite a detainer request being placed on him.

According to the Center for Immigration Studies, Massachusetts has assumed the title of a “sanctuary” state, which has led to a housing crisis. In 2017, a Massachusetts court ruled that local jails cannot hold criminal aliens in their facilities at the request of ICE.

In the case of the disabled girl, Cory Alvarez, an illegal alien from Haiti, was accused of raping a 15-year-old girl at a Massachusetts shelter. The incident occurred in March, and Alvarez was temporarily held without bail; however, in July, he was released on a $500 bond, the New York Post reported, despite a detainer request placed on him by ICE, the Boston Herald reported.

The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office requested a $10,000 bail for Alvarez; however, the judge set bail at $500.

While Alvarez was released with an ankle monitor, ICE officials are unable to track him because Boston is a “sanctuary city,” meaning Boston police do not have to cooperate with ICE.

ICE sources told the New York Post the decision to release Alvarez on only a $500 bond was ridiculous and that they were “fuming” about his release. One source called the release “standard Democratic bullshit which makes it almost impossible to do our jobs.”

“The dumbass judges are the ones causing a lot of these issues by ignoring the root of the problem,” the source continued.

“California, New York, Illinois, Massachusetts, and other blue states all do this bullshit. If we run records checks on people out of those states, they have policies that are in place to prevent sharing of any information.”

Alvarez entered the U.S. at JFK International Airport in New York under the Biden/Harris parole program for CUbans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV).

These are just a very small example of what they CAUGHT. Now, for the ones who DIDN'T get caught like one of the "fine, upstanding migrants" from 3rd world $hitholes, seeking safety in the U.S. Living high-on-the-hog at taxpayer expense in a hotel turned migrant shelter, repeatedly rapes his OWN daughter and impregnating her, he's not arrested and taken to jail--no, he's sent by Uber to another shelter in a neighboring county.

The names of these judges, prosecutors and parole boards should be released every time this occurs.

With all the hate America has for migrants and racist dishonest cops, it's hard to determine if the charges are true or not.

Karma for a very fascist state
