Blindsided: NYPD traffic agent ambushed with fire extinguisher

NEW YORK, NY - In Harlem, an unusual 'drive-by' was captured on video Thursday at 6:50 a.m. when an NYPD traffic agent was assaulted with a fire extinguisher wielded from a passing vehicle.

According to The New York Post, footage shot from the inside of the assailant's vehicle shows a four-door sedan with four masked individuals pulling up next to the officer's vehicle. An unidentified assailant can be seen holding the extinguisher in his lap.

He is then seen yelling, "Yo!" attracting the officer's attention before spraying him with the chemical extinguisher. As the vehicle drives off with music blaring, a second suspect can be seen in the video wearing a black mask and saying "Lord Diablo," the Spanish name for Satan, again and again.
