International Murder Suspects Found in U.S. Now in ICE Custody

BOSTON, MA – Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston office issued a press release via social media earlier in April highlighting five criminal illegal aliens apprehended by their officers who had outstanding INTERPOL “Red Notices” for homicide charges in their countries of origin.

ICE’s ERO Boston office shared the news of the relevant apprehensions on April 7th, highlighting how five individuals with active arrest warrants from various countries of origin were taken into custody over the past month. According to the agency, the said fugitives reportedly entered the United States during the Biden administration.

The five apprehended alien fugitives are as follows:
 
  •          Danny Granados-Garcia, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador, was apprehended on March 10th after a warrant was issued from his country of origin this past February for homicide and being a member of a terrorist organization.
  •          Kele Cristian Alves-Pereira, a criminal alien from Brazil, was apprehended on March 13th in connection to a warrant issued from her country of origin for an alleged murder she committed back in February of 2021.
  •          Magno Jose Dos Santos, a criminal alien from Brazil, was arrested on March 22nd following a warrant issued out of his country of origin for a murder he allegedly committed back in May of 2021.
  •          Bryan Rafael Gomez, a criminal alien from the Dominican Republic, was apprehended on April 4th following an INTERPOL Red Notice regarding an alleged homicide out of his country of origin at an unspecified date.
  •          Altieris Chaves Paiva, a criminal alien from Brazil, was apprehended on April 5th and also harbored an INTERPOL Red Notice regarding an alleged homicide at an unspecified date stemming from his country of origin.



ICE ERO Boston concluded their issued press release with a statement reading, “ERO Boston has always been - and will continue to be - strongly committed to targeted enforcement actions against the most dangerous criminal aliens, ensuring the safety and security of our New England communities.”
