DWI driver slams into parked police vehicle on scene of separate fatal collision

MCALLEN, TX - A 20-year-old woman has been accused of slamming into a police vehicle while driving intoxicated early Sunday morning, according to local reports.

Officers with the McAllen Police Department were assisting the Pharr Police Department in investigating a fatal collision around 5:30 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of East Interstate Highway 2.

Emily Ann Robles of Alamo was allegedly driving her black pickup truck around 6:00 a.m. when she failed to slow down when traffic was being controlled and diverted due to the fatal investigation.
