OSCEOLA COUNTY, FL - A man was arrested after he was caught allegedly engaging in a "sexual performance" act with a vacuum cleaner.
In a press release, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) said they responded to Grassendale Street in Kissimmee's Windsor Hills Resort on January 22, after receiving reports of a man "exposing his sexual organs in front of a residence," News6 reported.
"The victims that observed this behavior provided a statement and a cell phone recording of a male, partially clothed, in front of a residence, engaged in a sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner," OCSO said.
Deputies said the alleged suspect, identified as 51-year-old Kevin Westerhold, had already left the area before a deputy could respond. Further investigation revealed that the suspect and his wife were listed as the hosts of an Airbnb and a home in the Windsor Hills Resort.
A complaint had been reported just a day prior about a man who'd been walking in a shared hallway space while nude, investigators revealed. Video of the incident captured on a Ring camera was given to the responding deputy.
"The investigating deputy canvassed the area on Almaton Loop and spoke with other residents who provided statements of similar behavior by the suspect," the release stated. "The incidents were reported to the HOA in December. Blink video was provided to the deputy of similar incidents of the suspect appearing partially clothed or nude within the hallway of the residence."
Eventually, a warrant was obtained for the arrest of Westerhold, who was caught near his home in Oviedo on Tuesday, January 27. Westerhold was booked into the Seminole County Jail and is facing charges of exposure of sexual organs. Detectives are urging anyone else who knows of similar incidents involving Westerhold to contact the sheriff's office.
