Without a doubt, China is the biggest and most cunning adversary to the United States thanks to its CCP leadership.
While we observe several battles that are fought in stealth mode, there is one that has lost its covert layer and is about to surface like a submarine: forced organ harvesting from detained dissidents, killed for their organs on demand.
Many I have talked to responded with a knee jerk reaction: No! That is not real, that cannot be, that would be too gruesome. Yes, indeed. It is too horrible to believe. The perfect murder includes the disbelief of the act.
But there is evidence. And the media immediately jumps the process: do you have a video clip when they take the organs? - Really? That is the only approach? We talk about communist China. You can call yourself lucky if you walk into a Chinese hospital and ask questions about the source of organs without being arrested.
Finding evidence is not so easy. You need to think a bit outside the box. China offers any organ transplant on demand within two weeks, or if you pay $10,000 within two days. Without an organ donation program.
They also reported to have 5,000 organ donors out of 400,000 registered donors. The U.S. has 140 million registered organ donors to have 15,000 donors. No matter how you twist it: the numbers never add up. China commits the crime of forced organ harvesting and nobody is interested.
The medical advocacy organization Doctors Against Forced Organ Harvesting, DAFOH, has monitored this transplant abuse since 2006. DAFOH members have contributed to more than 20 professional articles, and its advocacy work has been recognized: DAFOH was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2016, 2017 and 2024, and has received the 2019 Mother Teresa Award for Social Justice. One would assume DAFOH is a credible medical organization. It is in fact one of the pioneers on this topic and has branded the name for this unprecedented medical abuse.
So far, so good.
In the U.S. there are two major transplant associations, and you would assume they work for the best interest of the American transplant community and American patients. They regularly organize transplant conferences, called the American Transplant Congress, ATC.
In past years , DAFOH applied for a booth in the exhibition hall to inform attending doctors about the happenings in China. DAFOH paid the fee, got a booth and informed attending doctors of the ATC.
Yet, when DAFOH applied again for the 2024 ATC, they received a rejection. Official statement in an email to DAFOH: the organizer has decided to take a "different direction"... Yes, you might wonder what type of reasoning this is, issued by medical doctors, educated and intelligent. And, yet, don't get it wrong DAFOH was not hurt. The organizer of the ATC has just hurt 4,000 attending doctors who would have more or less learned about forced organ harvesting in China. Even worse, the organizer has treated its attending doctors as incapable to discern for themselves whether the information is good or not. Why does the transplant leadership treat transplant doctors as little kids, and why do transplant doctors allow to be treated like this?
It is OK to challenge the information, but not even allowing it to be presented?
This meets the criteria of medical censorship. Why does the medical leadership allow medical censorship on U.S. soil? Are we in China?
The only victim of medical censorship are American patients.
Why does it matter to inform doctors? In a nutshell: patients in the U.S. can wait for years before receiving a kidney, the main transplant organ. Some might become desperate, looking for solutions. China offers a kidney transplant within two weeks. That is tempting.
And because of HIPPA, patients can make their own decisions. If they decide to go to China, the following happens: the patient is blood and tissue typed; a prisoner of conscience is being matched in the existing data bank; the detainee, primarily a practitioner of Falun Gong, is selected and killed in the operating room to remove the organ. In other words, an American patient can trigger the killing of the detained dissident, and thus might become complicit in the CCP's murder plot.
Or, China sends its transplant surgeons, not much different than a Dr. Mengele to American hospitals to become an even better transplant doctor. Should our transplant doctors know more about forced organ harvesting before accepting Chinese transplant surgeons? You bet!
But that seems to differ from U.S. transplant surgeons and American transplant societies.
In summer 2025, DAFOH applied again at the ATC for an exhibition booth. Surprisingly, the application was accepted and the fee for the booth was paid. A contract was established. The tide seemed to change. Not so fast. In the first week of January 2026, DAFOH received an email and was told that the contract was cancelled, that the paid fee was sent back, and this time the reasoning has changed: the organizer of the ATC wrote per email that it was "determined" that DAFOH is not "eligible" [sic!!] to present at the ATC.
Twenty years of work, over twenty professional articles, three nominations for the Nobel Peace Prize, and receiving the 2019 Mother Teresa Award was not enough to be eligible to share the DAFOH experience with 4,000 American doctors and attendees? Let that sink in.
Why?
It dawned on me that America has possibly lost the battle on medical ethics to China.
P.S.:
I say 'possibly' because we have one last opportunity to counterpunch the infiltration and erosion of our medical ethics: the U.S. House of Congress has passed a bill in bipartisan, unanimous fashion. Promising. Now the bill has to pass the Senate. You'd think that it would be easy, especially if Sen. Cruz has introduced it and there is a Republican majority.
Not so fast. China did not only infiltrate our medical apparatus and erode medical ethics.
The reason why Senate bill S. 817 did not reach the floor for a vote are weird, to say the least.
The committee chair wants the bill to be bipartisan, thus he gives the Republican majority away and empowers the Democrat minority to block it.
And when Democrat Senators were asked to support, almost everyone replied "I support the bill and will co-sign after another Democrat Senator signed as co-sponsor".
That is the double trick to block S.817 without having a culprit. Everyone can say "I supported it but the vote died because the mysterious 'other' did not show up."
You see what is happening? China has infiltrated our political system and eroded our courage to speak up. S.817 is a bill that protects Americans, so the question is: does the Senate works in the interest of America or China?
S.817 is the last chance for the Senate to send a signal to China. "Don't get involved in our internal affairs, political and medical alike."
With S.817 in the Senate, we are at the steering wheel. Will we have enough guts? We can all help. Call your Senators and ask them to get this bill passed.
