Law Enforcement Today is proud to partner with GALLS® on the “Next Generation of Protectors” campaign, a nationwide effort to recognize and celebrate the rising stars of law enforcement.
Since the program's launch, nominations have been pouring in from across the country. From small-town departments to the nation’s largest agencies, officers under 30 will be honored for their service, sacrifice, and commitment to protecting their communities.
The interest has been overwhelming, but there’s still time to submit nominations before the deadline on October 31, 2025.
The campaign will honor the Top 30 Officers Under 30, and all nominees will automatically be entered for consideration for the prestigious Young Officer Award presented by GALLS® at the National Law Enforcement Officer Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in April 2026.

This program also tells the stories of the next generation of officers who are stepping up to lead with courage and conviction. From the rookie officer making an impact to a young veteran leading by example, this award seeks to honor those who inspire others in their communities and beyond.
