Keshaun Mitchell, 20, was arrested by Atlanta police near the 1300 block of Donnelly Avenue SW, police said. Mitchell was listed by the police department's Auto Crimes Unit as a Top 5 Most Wanted suspect in city auto thefts. Mitchell was the subject of a BOLO issued on Sept. 3 in connection with an Aug. 30 car break-in, department sources said.

Mitchell was booked into the Fulton County Jail. It is unknown what his bail is or when he is scheduled to be arraigned in court.
