NEW YORK, NY - Much is being made about a recent Fox News poll that shows Joe Biden leading former President Donald Trump in the November presidential sweepstakes. The poll shows Biden up by one point over the former president, a 3-point swing since Fox’s May survey., according to Forbes. As expected, President Trump slammed the poll as “trash” in a post on Truth Social.
The polling does appear to be suspicious, especially where it claims that “the future of American democracy” as being the most important issue for voters. Inflation, which has consistently ranked at the top of most national polls, ranked third, while immigration, in the midst of an unprecedented invasion at our southern border, ranked fifth.
The poll randomly selected 1,095 registered voters from a nationwide voter file administered by phone or text message.
Meanwhile, an Ipsos poll out Thursday showed President Trump leads Biden by two points in a head-to-head matchup in seven swing states (Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Nevada, Arizona, and Georgia).
Then, a Rasmussen Reports poll dated June 21, shows Trump up over Biden by nine points. Real Clear Politics, which takes an average of eleven polls, shows President Trump leading Biden by about one point. It should be noted however that national polls usually have no bearing on election results, since presidential elections often come down to the swing states.
Some, however, suspect Fox’s poll, suggesting a simple Grok (AI) search of the two Fox News polling contributors, Beacon Research (D) and Shaw & Company (R) reveals some interesting information.
According to Grok, Shaw & Company, which is supposed to be “Republican-leaning,” has a history of donating to a number of Democrat candidates and PACs. The company is a market research company that was founded in 1995.
Grok said “they specialize in data collection through telephone and internet research for a variety of clients, including other research firms, government agencies, and universities.” However it is their political donation history that is of tremendous interest, especially when polls they conduct are showing a feeble, weak-minded, cognitively impaired Biden seemingly pulling away from Trump, despite his “felony convictions.”
The data shows that Shaw & Company has donated to a number of political parties and candidates, including many on the left side of the political spectrum.
For example, they donated to the Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee (DACC), a political action committee that supports Democratic candidates for the New York State Assembly. They are also involved in the green movement, donating to the Environmental Voter Project, a “non-partisan” organization seeking to increase voter turnout among those who are concerned about the environment.
Finally, they have also donated to the United Steelworkers, a far-left labor union that represents workers in the steel industry and is a reliable ally of the Democrats.
Then, there are the candidates they have donated to, a who’s who of radical leftists:
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), former Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO), the late Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-MA), Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll (D-MA), Mayor Stephanie Miner (D-Syracuse, NY), and former Gov. Deval Patrick (D-MA).
It should be noted that Fox News is now overseen by Lachlan Murdoch, not a fan of Trump, and former Speaker Paul Ryan, a Republican,” is infected with Trump Derangement Syndrome, therefore Trump’s slamming of the poll is understandable.
To what end would such a poll possibly affect the election? Some believe that it gives the appearance that Biden does, in fact, have a lead so when miraculous 2am votes appear as they did in 2020 and he pulls the election out of the fire, it will look less obvious that something nefarious happened.
It could also be designed to deflate the MAGA Republicans into thinking that perhaps once again the election rug is being pulled out from under them, and no matter which way they vote, the fix is in.
The bottom line is that the Fox poll generally appears to be an outlier, and the only poll that matters is the one on November 5, 2024.

All I can say here is that this is sad. Many of us in LE have served in the military. We could have lost our lives for this nonsense. As I wrote, this is sad.
