Last month, Joe Biden decided (or maybe it was decided for him) to finally step down as the Democratic Presidential nominee. But the campaign money that was raised for his second presidential run didn’t step down: it was passed along to his replacement, Kamala Harris.
But Harris’ history is plagued with questions about her use of funds dating back to her time as a DA.
And to many Americans, the thought of Harris misappropriating funds comes as no surprise.
And Michael Letts, a political expert, LEO advocate, and president and founder of the nonprofit organization, InVest USA, believes this is no surprise – especially for the Democratic party.
In a recent interview on The Shaun Thompson Show, Letts discussed the typical liberal Democrat processes and their history with the truth – or lack thereof.
Thompson asked Letts about how Harris managed to misappropriate $5 million in funds that were meant to go to border protection.
“She [Kamala Harris] is an expert at what she does, and that is they lie, lie, lie," Letts said. "This Administration, quite frankly, has the greatest capacity for lying and for denying any accountability and that is what they have consistently done in this particular case here. We talk about the $5 million for the border, we’re talking about $3.2 billion they were able to secure - they took to South America to try to keep their countries from sending people - paying people not to come to the border."
He continued, “It is typical of what Democrats do. It is typical for how they’re running the campaign now. They simply don't how to tell the truth.”
Another question that has been raised recently is how a former DA and public servant like Harris can live beyond her means. That is often a red flag for corruption.
“Her lifestyle is not one afforded by her job. Her lifestyle is afforded by her utilizing other people's money, whether it’s you or my tax dollars, whether it’s campaign contributions, or anything along those lines to make sure that she gets pampered,” Letts added.
Dems Overtaken by Greed
Aside from questionable financial practices, another issue with the Biden administration is their greed and desire to hold onto power. When people obtain a lot of power, they will never give it up willingly, and the only thing they want is more of it.
That has been clear with Harris and the Democrat community – which is why they mustn't win in November. Their lust for power is too destructive.
“It is obvious that their goal and objective is to make sure they benefit, that they maintain power, that they maintain their kingdom, and they don’t care anything about the American public, the American public safety, or the American public struggle. And that has been demonstrated every time she has been in any kind of office,” Letts said.
With power comes the mistaken belief that those who hold it are above the law. A classic case of “rules for thee but not for me.” That is where Harris is heading, if not there already.
“You cannot allow people who think they are above the law, and quite frankly they're in a position they think they are untouchable, to escape without being accountable. When you do that you create a pattern and create a mindset that everyone coming up behind them want to do the same thing,” Letts said.
This upcoming presidential election is going to be a historic event for the country. For the sake of America and her citizens, it is paramount that you cast your vote for Trump and put the threat of Harris and her shady practices to bed.
