In January, at the height of anti-ICE resistance across the country, enflamed by lies and misrepresentation on the part of mainstream media, Blue Lives Matter shared the truth about ICE: that they get the job done, as reported in our article, While Democrats Attack ICE, Gang Members Get Deported.
According to figures directly from the Department of Homeland Security(DHS), the agency has arrested over 7,000 gang members during the first year of President Trump’s second term.

But that’s not what the mainstream media wants you to hear, and it’s certainly not what LinkedIn wants you to hear.
Early in February, the article was “flagged by LinkedIn’s automated systems” for misinformation and removed by the “Trust and Safety” team. The article’s removal was accompanied by a message with an ominous warning that creating content that “doesn’t comply with our policies” could lead to the account or page being restricted.
The next morning, a follow-up message was sent stating that a report had been received about the post, then repeated the warning that failing to comply with LinkedIn policy risked getting your account restricted.
Supposedly, the post was flagged for “misinformation” and “hate speech.”

Regarding the misinformation angle, it should be noted that DHS doesn’t exactly keep its arrests a secret. On the contrary, just take a visit to their website and visit their press releases page. For 80 pages, you will find report after report detailing violent criminals investigated and arrested by ICE and DHS. (It should be noted that there are no entries between April 2021 and January 2025 - I wonder why?)
Are ALL of these arrests misinformation? Because the names, mugshots, and criminal records of the individual arrested are listed in detail, and a compulsory search of the perp’s name inevitably brings up an article from a local news source that corroborates the details.
As for the racism angle, where have we heard this before? Disregarding the fact that an illegal immigrant is a legal status and not a racial identifier, what does the race of the criminal have to do with anything? Even in their reports, they will state the perp’s country of origin, but that does not signify their race… unless you are the typical liberal who equates “illegal alien” with “Latino” and then calls you racist for not sharing that generalization.
Once again, this is a case of a powerful media corporation silencing legitimate news that goes against the established narrative. It doesn’t matter that it’s legitimate reporting; it matters that it hurt someone at LinkedIn’s feelings.
Luckily, ICE doesn’t seem to need any help from LinkedIn regarding recruiting top talent. They’re in the immigration enforcement business, and business is booming.
