DAYTON, OH - They don’t call it “fake news” for nothing. The latest example comes from the mainstream media, which took a statement by former President Trump entirely out of context to make it appear he was calling for violence if he does not win the November election. With the exception of just a few media outlets, every left-leaning outlet in the country took the statement Trump included as part of an address without providing the context in which it was said.
From the Daily Mirror:
“Donald Trump chillingly warns of a ‘bloodbath’ in the US if he isn’t elected as president again.”
Now, for the media that still refers to the January 6 US Capitol siege as an “insurrection,” like the good liberal lapdogs they are, they took that portion of Trump’s statement, made at the Buckeye Values PAC Rally in Dayton on Saturday.
From NBC News:
“Trump says there will be a ‘bloodbath’ if he loses the election.”
Following is what the former president actually said while speaking about Chinese President Xi Jinping:
“If you’re listening, President Xi–and you and I are friends–but he understands the way I deal. Those big monster car manufacturing plants that you’re building in Mexico right now…you’re not going to hire Americans, and you’re going to sell the cars to us, no. We’re going to put a 100% tariff on every single car that comes across the line, and you’re not going to be able to sell those cars if I get elected,” Trump said.
Immediately afterward, he continued speaking of the car industry:
“Now, if I don’t get elected, it’s going to be a bloodbath for the whole…that’s gonna be the least of it. It’s going to be a bloodbath for the country. That will be the least of it. But they’re not going to sell those cars. They’re building massive factories.”
Clearly, the “bloodbath” remark was part of the conversation about the automobile industry. However, leftist media and Democrats pounced on Trump’s remarks and immediately tried to tie them into the January 6 Capitol incident, which last week saw evidence produced that Trump had indeed requested 10,000 National Guard troops, and the January 6 Special Committee covered up that fact.
According to Politico, Former House Speaker and Botox spokesmodel Nancy Pelosi claimed the former president wasn’t speaking in an economic context.
“We just have to win this election because he’s even predicting a bloodbath,” the senile California Democrat said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “What does that mean? He’s going to exact a bloodbath?”
Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-Louisiana) blamed the media for twisting Trump’s remarks.
“I also think though that the mainstream media contributes to it,” Cassidy told “Meet The Press” host Kristen Welker. “If you take the one about the bloodbath, which arguably could be about an economic bloodbath and not the kind of street violence related to the election, then it gives his defenders something to focus on as something which was distorted.”
South Dakota Republican Sen. Mike Rounds also said Trump’s statement was deliberately misconstrued by the radical left, including the media, noting he also interpreted Trump’s comments in the context of the automobile industry.
“With regard to the autoworkers that he was talking to, he is sowing them or telling them what has been an economic downturn for them,” Rounds told host Dana Bash on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
Other headlines from leftist media:
CBS News:
“In Ohio campaign rally, Trump says there will be a ‘bloodbath’ if he loses November election.”
From Rolling Stone:
“Trump says there will be a ‘bloodbath’ and elections will end if he isn’t reelected.”
FInally, US taxpayer-funded NPR:
“Trump says some migrants are ‘not people’ and warns of ‘bloodbath’ if he loses.”
Trump spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt told NBC News:
“Biden’s policies will create an economic bloodbath for the auto industry and auto workers.”
Many conservatives slammed the mainstream media, along with X owner Elon Musk, who called NBC’s headline “deceptive.”
For all the bloviating Democrats have made about Trump not accepting the results of the 2024 election should he lose, they have actually come out already and said they wouldn’t commit to certifying the election should Trump prevail in November, National Review reported.
Election interference? You decide.

What we really need is a real “bloodbath” at ALL the liberal left supporting media outlets so they learn the “bloodbath” way to report the facts & not misconstrue what’s really said.
