SALT LAKE CITY, UT - On July 11th, the Lehi City Police Department (LCPD) arrested an illegal immigrant from Mexico for violent sex crimes.
According to The Post Millennial, 37-year-old Rene Cervantes-Medina has been charged by the Utah County Attorney General's Office with attempted rape, sexual assault, and kidnapping, among other charges. Documents obtained by the Lehi Free Press show that Cervantes-Medina owed money to the female victim and had asked her to go to the bank.
Instead of driving her to the bank, the Mexican national drove her up to American Fork Canyon. When she realized they were not going to the bank, the victim attempted to escape the vehicle after he had locked he doors.
Court documents stated, "The defendant chased her, grabbed her, and threw her on the ground where her head hit a rock, causing her to nearly pass out. The defendant covered her mouth with his hand for 15-20 seconds, making it difficult for her to breathe. While the victim was on the ground, the defendant tried to remove her shirt while he was touching her breasts and vagina."
The documents added, "The defendant tried to pull down her pants and ripped her underwear in the process. The victim told the defendant 'no' and continued to cry and yell, at which point he hit her in the face, causing her nose and lip to bleed." Cervantes-Medina has had an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer placed on him.
According to the Post Millennial, there are several other cases of sexual assault related to illegal immigrants in the state of Utah amid the southern border crisis. Back in February, a Guatemalan illegal immigrant was charged in the rape of an 11-year-old girl in Provo, Utah. The suspect, 26-year-old Jonathan Estuardo Ruano Garcia was being held in the Utah County Jail and was placed on an ICE detainer.
Documents from the police and obtained by the Daily Wire, show that that young girl's mother came home later that evening to her daughter who was supposed to be home alone. However, as she walked in the mother "observed an adult male leaving her apartment." She then found her 11-year-old daughter naked on the floor apartment.
Police records stated that, "The 11-year-old girl told her mother that a male she met on the internet came to the apartment and had sex with her." Ruano Garcia admitted to having sex with her for 20-30 minutes. He claimed that he thought she was 13 or 14 and that they met at a soccer game. He said they started to correspond with each other online where he would "sext" her.
He was charged with forgery because he had a wallet with a "social security card that did not appear to be authentic." He admitted that it was fake and that he paid money for it when he came to the United States from his country.

I hope everyone will remember the open border with all the drugs and the crimes committed by illegal aliens when they go to the poles in November. Unfortunately, DemocRATs will still vote for whatever Biden clone happens to be on the ballot.
