MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) continues its crusade to rid the United States of the worst of the worst of criminal illegal aliens. While some low-level offenders have been caught up in the operations, the agency remains focused on targeting the worst offenders.
On Friday, Oct. 24, the Department of Homeland Security issued a release announcing ICE’s Minneapolis operation, in which illegals, including repeat child sex abusers, murderers, drunk drivers, and violent assailants, were picked up.
Among those arrested was Aldrin Guerrero-Munoz, who has been jailed for 21 years after receiving a 32-year prison sentence for the intentional murder of his 3-month-old son. While he was locked up, he was convicted in connection with an assault on a fellow inmate at Stillwater Prison. ICE lodged a detainer and received custody on Oct. 20, 2025. He will now be sent out of the country where he belongs.
“Sanctuary politicians like [Minneapolis] Mayor Jacob Frey, who are refusing to work with ICE, are allowing criminals like Aldrin Guerrero-Munoz to live in our communities, unchecked. Under the leadership of President Trump, ICE is no longer allowing the guise of moral superiority and political correctness to supersede the safety and security of Americans,” said DHS Secretary Noem. “70% of ICE arrests are of illegal aliens convicted or charged with a crime in the U.S. This statistic doesn’t even include foreign fugitives, illegal aliens convicted of crimes in other countries, gang members, and suspected terrorists.”

According to court documents, Munoz was left to care for his 15-week-old son in February 2004 while the child’s mother was at work. Shortly afterward, Munoz called the mother and told her the baby was unresponsive and appeared sick. She went home and rushed the baby to the hospital.
An examination revealed the baby had severe head trauma, including two skull fractures, bleeding between the skull and brain, brain swelling, brain damage, hemorrhages in his eyes, a mouth laceration, two broken arms, and a broken leg. The child died from his injuries.
Investigators found an “egg-shaped impression” in the wall near the baby’s bassinet, which investigators said was consistent with the shape of the baby’s skull, and which contained the baby’s DNA. Munoz was charged with first-degree murder, but later entered a guilty plea under the Alford Doctrine for second-degree murder.
This monster is the type that the “No Kings” protesters are trying to keep in the country.
Some of the others whom liberal Democrats and their supporters want to keep in the U.S. include:
Francisco Javier Garcia-Olivar, a criminal illegal immigrant from Mexico, has been charged with multiple convictions of sexual sodomy of a child, attempted sexual assault of a child, sexual assault, failure to appear, and a traffic offense.

Jose Ruben Gomez Munoz, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, was convicted of sexual assault and arrested for incest with a minor.

Humberto Us-Juarez, an illegal from Guatemala, was convicted of molestation of a minor and aggravated felony sex assault.

Jose Isreal Hernandez Rivas, an illegal alien from El Salvador, was convicted of human slavery or trafficking and commercial sex.

Manuel Betancourt-Renteria, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico who has ten convictions, including two counts of assault, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, larceny, and five traffic offenses, along with driving under the influence of drugs.

Nicholas Lopez Juarez, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, was convicted of aggravated assault with a weapon, three counts of driving under the influence, and obstructing police.

Juan Aejo-Alejo, another criminal illegal alien from Mexico, was previously deported and was convicted of homicide by reckless driving and driving under the influence; he was also arrested under a separate charge for driving under the influence.

David Antonio Gonzales Rivas, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador, was convicted for drug possession and fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle to avoid prosecution on two separate occurrences. He has also been arrested 14 additional times for crimes, including felony assault, receiving stolen property, and obstructing police.

Finally, Pedro Cortez Soriano, a criminal illegal alien, also from Mexico, who received a final order of removal in 2024, was convicted of criminal vehicular homicide, driving under the influence, violation of probation, illegal reentry, and was arrested again for driving under the influence. He has previously been deported twice.

ICE continues to do God's work to restore our safety, security, and sovereignty.
