New sheriff in town, Attorney General Pam Bondi, unleashes the DOJ on unhinged Tesla vandals

WASHINGTON, DC - Unlike the “Summer of Love” in 2020, radical lunatics are about to discover that there is a new sheriff in town, and her name is Pam Bondi. 

We all recall 2020, after a longtime criminal and drug abuser, George Floyd, died from a combination of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and excited delirium, a death that was conveniently laid upon the feet of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, radical leftists took to the streets and burned down buildings, looted stores, ravaged neighborhoods, and along the way killed a few people as well. 

For all that, a vast majority of perpetrators got off with either a slap on the wrist or no punishment at all, if they even got arrested in the first place, according to The Guardian.  

Now, the same unhinged lunatics have once again taken to the streets, only this time their wrath isn’t being directed at “racist” police officers or “systemic racism.” Instead, their vile is directed at Tesla, the wildly successful car company started by Elon Musk. Not only is their violence being directed at dealerships that sell Teslas, but also at people who have the audacity to drive a Tesla, which up until five minutes ago was the vehicle of choice primarily by far-left, virtue-signaling climate change robots. 

Why Tesla? Because Elon Musk is helping the Trump administration look for waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government. Because Musk is assisting the “evil orange man” weed out the vast waste of taxpayer money in the federal government, he has become public enemy number one. Since a majority of the unhinged protesting leftists don’t pay taxes because they live in their mommy’s basement eating Hot Pockets or are federal employees living off the grift, they don’t care that the government is ripping the rest of us off. 

So what we’ve witnessed in the past few weeks is the firebombing of Tesla dealerships, shots being fired at some of those dealerships, and Tesla owners finding their cars keyed or otherwise vandalized. In some extreme cases, drivers are being accosted for the sin of driving their Teslas down the street. 

Now, Attorney General Pam Bondi has had enough. Unlike her predecessor, the feckless Merrick Garland, Bondi is unleashing the Department of Justice on these losers. According to The New York Post, the DOJ arrested three people accused of destroying Tesla cars and charging stations, with those arrested facing up to 20 years in prison for “domestic terrorism,” Bondi said earlier this week. 

“The days of committing crimes without consequence have ended,” Bondi said in a statement. “Let this be a warning: If you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the Department of Justice will put you behind bars,” she added. 

The three arrested, including two males who claim to be females, were charged in connection with crimes in Colorado, Oregon, and South Carolina. They were accused of using high-powered weapons and explosives to destroy property belonging to Tesla. 

One suspect, Adam Lansky, 41, was accused of carrying an AR-15 with a suppressor while throwing eight Molotov cocktails at a Salem, Oregon, Tesla dealership on Jan. 20. One month later, on Feb. 19, Lansky returned to the same dealership and shot out one of the windows and fired bullets into a car, Fox 12 reported. He is thus far charged with unlawful possession of an unregistered firearm. 

In the Colorado case, Justin Thomas Nelson, 40, is charged with malicious destruction of property when [he] tried to light Tesla cars on fire at a dealership in Loveland, 45 miles north of Denver. "He" claims to be a woman named Lucy Grace Nelson. 

Authorities say Nelson spray-painted “Nazi cars” on vehicles before throwing Molotov cocktails at them. Nelson was arrested a day after her [his] arrest in February. 

Finally, Daniel Clarke-Pounder, 24, is accused of arson of property in interstate commerce after vandalizing Tesla charging stations in Charleston, S.C., earlier this month with profane, anti-Trump rhetoric and then lighting them on fire. 

Clarke-Pounder scrawled “Fuck Trump” and “Long live the Ukraine” across the charging stations before throwing five Molotov cocktails at them, with one of the homemade explosives lighting the suspect on fire before he was able to put it out. 

Each faces a minimum of five years in prison if convicted, but the charges carry a maximum penalty of 20 years.s 

Although Bondi said the three would be charged with domestic terrorism, the specific crimes do not qualify; however, it is likely Bondi will add charging enhancements to elevate the charges to that level. 

President Trump has referred to those attacking Tesla cars and dealerships as “domestic terrorists.” 

“I’m going to stop them,” Trump promised on March 11 after buying a Tesla himself as a show of support for Musk and Tesla. “We’re going to catch them; they’re bad guys.

“We’re going to catch you, and you’re going to go through hell,” the president added. 

FAFO. Bondi is the new sheriff, and she’s not screwing around.
