NEW YORK, NY - For our brothers and sisters serving on the NYPD: get out…now. It is clear, perhaps now more than ever, that neither the mayor nor the Manhattan district attorney has your back.
In an incident that went viral, at least two NYPD officers were violently assaulted by gutter rats throwing ice-laden snowballs after the officers responded to a disturbance at a city park. The video showed an estimated 100 punks throwing snowballs at the officers, who were pretty much defenseless. In one case, one of the thugs ran up behind one of the officers and slammed a snowball into the back of his head.
Under former mayors Rudolf Giuliani, Michael Bloomberg, and Eric Adams, those attacking the NYPD officers would have been called out for precisely what they are: criminal punks. It is clear that, to nobody’s surprise, Islamo-fascist, communist mayor Zohran Mamdani didn’t defend the police officers. Instead, he referred to the assault as merely a “snowball fight.”
In our youth, a snowball fight usually involved two sides of equal teams throwing snowballs at each other in a playful, non-serious manner. Anyone who watched the video of the incident would never take that stance. For Mamdani, who has made it quite clear that he doesn’t support the NYPD and, if he had his way, would completely disband it, the incident painted a clear picture of what NYPD officers should expect from this amateur dimwit for the next four years.
In this case, one of the perpetrators was identified and arrested. And what was DA Alvin Bragg’s response? Exactly as anyone who has been paying attention would expect: he dropped the most serious charge against the gutter rat, Gusmane Coulibaly, 27, who at that age should know better than to play in the snow, according to The New York Post.
The reason is laughable. Prosecutors claim they’d have trouble proving that Coulibaly caused the injuries that have put one of the officers out of work. They didn’t even try to put on a case; they just tucked their tails between their legs and dropped the charge.
Most NYPD officers and outside observers know that the calorically-challenged Bragg’s sympathies and support don’t lie with the police officers sworn to protect the city, but with the dirtbags whom those cops have to deal with on a daily basis. This is just further proof that his loyalties lie with George Soros’ deep pockets and not with the victims of crime, and certainly not with the NYPD.
According to Coulibaly, he said the snowball attack “was meant to be fun.” Knowing that police would be unable to respond to this attack made the incident all the more entertaining for Coulibaly and the gang of hooligans who attacked the cops.

What is the message that Bragg and Mamdani sent to others inclined to attack NYPD officers It tells them that they can get away with injuring police officers in the Big Apple, and chances are they will receive no repercussions from their actions.
For the incompetent Mamdani, he has intimated that the punks throwing the snowballs at police were just “kids,” despite Coulibaly being closer to thirty than to his teens, and video of the incident showed most of the perpetrators were probably in their mid-20s. Coulibaly is also not a first-time offender. The Post reports that he is due in court for an assault on a subway rider that he claims was a stunt to help him become a YouTube influencer.
NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch was not amused by the attack on her officers.
“When you wear this uniform and uphold these standards, you deserve to be treated with respect,” she said at a promotion ceremony on Friday.
Tisch previously referred to the dirtbags assaulting her cops with snowballs as “criminals,” yet clearly, Mamdani doesn’t hold the same opinion. He has already shown through his actions since being sworn in as mayor that he has no regard for the officers who protect and serve his city.
That point was clearly made when one of his officers was forced to shoot a suspect who was trying to stab him with a knife. Instead of checking in to see how the officer was doing, Mamdani visited the criminal and appeared to sympathize with him, completely oblivious that police officers who are put in the position of having to use deadly physical force often suffer from post-traumatic stress. Yet his first instinct was to visit the guy who was attacking one of his cops.
We are only two months into Mamdani’s term, and it is clear that his officers do not have his respect or his support. We’ve known for years that Bragg is not on their side.
There are thousands of police departments nationwide that would love to have experienced NYPD officers in their ranks.
Repeating our sentiments above, get out of the NYPD. Your mayor and your DA hate you. They prove it regularly.

What about NYC's women and children? Stop telling our cops to leave. All we have is the thin blue line.

Any one with his mindset has no business being in Judicial offices. If they won't follow the law, they need to go.
