Why Monsters Accused of Torturing Little Girls Could Just Walk Away With Plea Deal

MCCOMB, MS- If the following doesn’t make your blood boil, you don’t have a pulse. Want to know why crime is out of control and criminals do not fear the criminal justice system? Read on.

WKRC, Local 12 in Mississippi, reports that the two monsters–a man and a woman who raped a child and kept her captive in a pit with her dead sister–may get a plea deal from prosecutors.

The only plea deal these two degenerates should get is how many bullets they want from a theoretical firing squad, somewhere between six and a dozen.

The following is absolutely nauseating.

According to PEOPLE Magazine, Victoria Cox, 34, is accused of helping a man who killed a woman and abducted her two daughters, eventually killing one while keeping the other as a “sex slave.”

Cox was offered a plea deal from prosecutors during a court appearance on Oct. 13. You read that correctly–a plea deal.

The first question that arises is, what the hell is wrong with the prosecution?

On June 11, 2024, Daniel Callihan, 37, killed 35-year-old Callie Brunett and kidnapped her two young daughters in Louisiana, which Callihan admitted in a guilty plea.

He further admitted to driving the young girls to Mississippi the next day, then driving back to Louisiana to pick up Cox. He then returned to Mississippi, according to PEOPLE.

In a factual basis admitting his guilt, Callihan admitted that both he and Cox sexually abused the six-year-old girl before killing her four-year-old sister “by holding (her) closely against his chest,” PEOPLE reported.

Two days after they were kidnapped, they were reported missing after a relative discovered Brunett’s dead body, the Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana said.

After a joint search effort was launched by local, state, and federal authorities, the six-year-old girl was located.

Law enforcement officials found Brunett’s car, which Callihan had stolen, parked near a property where the children were found inside a dirt pit, where the six-year-old was kept with her dead sister, PEOPLE reported.

Cox is not facing federal charges because the crimes occurred in Mississippi, and she agreed to testify against Callihan.

Cox’s testimony corroborated the factual basis signed by Callihan confirming the sexual abuse against the six-year-old girl after being advised of his Miranda rights.

If Cox refuses the plea deal, she will face trial on Dec. 8.

Details of the plea deal were not disclosed by prosecutors (gee, wonder why?).

Callihan pleaded guilty last month to state charges on four felony charges, including one count of capital murder, two counts of sexual battery, and two counts of kidnapping, according to WLBT.

He was sentenced to life without parole for the capital murder and sexual battery charges, and 30 years on each kidnapping count.

In August, Callihan pleaded guilty in federal court to a two-count indictment charging him with kidnapping resulting in death and transporting a minor in interstate commerce with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

As with the state charges, federal authorities waived the death penalty in exchange for Callihan’s guilty plea.

He is facing life in prison, up to a $250,000 fine, and a $100 mandatory special assessment for the kidnapping charge, and a minimum of ten years in prison, up to a $250,000 fine, and a $100 mandatory special assessment for the transporting a minor in interstate commerce charge.

He will be sentenced on Nov. 19.

What the hell is going on with murdering dirtbags avoiding the death penalty in such egregious cases, such as this one and the murder of four young college students in Idaho by Brian Kohberger?

Kohberger’s brutal slaying of Madison Mogen, Kaycee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin saw him plead guilty and sentenced to life in prison. He should have been executed.

Think about it. Charles Manson was sentenced to life in prison (initially the death penalty), and he personally killed nobody.

Not defending Manson by any stretch of the imagination–he was a monster. But comparing cases, what Manson did was far less egregious than what Callihan, Cox, and Kohberger did.

Is it any wonder people aren’t afraid to murder insurance company CEOs, attempt to assassinate a former (and future) president of the United States, or successfully assassinate a conservative icon in Charlie Kirk? Or murder a four-year-old little girl while her six-year-old sister watches?

They know they will not pay with their lives.

Exodus 21:23-25- But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise.

The Old Testament had it right. It still does.
