RedBalloon and Law Enforcement Today launch nationwide effort to place 100,000 police officers in jobs

RedBalloon, America’s premier pro-freedom employment platform, and Law Enforcement Today (LET) have announced a strategic partnership to place 100,000 law enforcement officers into positions across the United States.

This initiative seeks to connect active, retired, and aspiring law enforcement officers with agencies and organizations that align with their values. It emphasizes constitutional integrity, unwavering support for those who serve, and a commitment to faith-based principles.

“Good cops are always needed,” Red Balloon CEO Andrew Crapuchettes stated. “They should go where they are wanted.”

Law Enforcement Today recognizes the challenges law enforcement professionals face in finding employment opportunities that respect their values, making its partnership with RedBalloon a game-changer to create a dedicated hiring network.

The partnership aims to support the incoming administration’s efforts to dramatically increase the hiring and training of officers to place a minimum of 100,000 individuals in agencies nationwide. This initiative focuses on those looking to re-enter the workforce, such as retired officers or military veterans, and those seeking roles that allow them to continue serving their communities without compromising their principles.

“Our partnership with Law Enforcement Today is going to enable significant cultural change by placing motivated and patriotic personnel into law enforcement positions,” Crapuchettes noted in a recent press release. “We are excited to assist in bringing law and order back to our cities so that business owners, customers, and families can feel safe and secure once again.”

Law Enforcement Today owner Kyle Reyes has seen firsthand the need for this partnership through his work with the law enforcement community.

“I’ve filmed with sheriffs and police chiefs all over America, and the one thing most of them have in common is that agencies and officers are stretched thin. The ‘defund the police’ movement has backfired... and Americans are now DEMANDING we restore law enforcement to keep our country safe,” he stated.

Law enforcement professionals interested in participating are encouraged to submit their resumes to the LET Talent Network via RedBalloon’s platform. The recruitment team will then work to connect applicants with suitable job opportunities nationwide. Applicants’ information will not be posted publicly to ensure confidentiality.

The collaboration between RedBalloon and LET is rooted in shared values, including a steadfast commitment to upholding the Constitution, unwavering support for those who honorably serve and protect, and a faith-driven approach to service. This alignment ensures that job seekers are matched with employers who respect and uphold these principles, fostering a work environment where law enforcement professionals can thrive.

As the nation continues to face challenges related to public safety and law enforcement staffing, this partnership represents a proactive step toward addressing these issues. By facilitating connections between qualified law enforcement professionals and organizations needing their expertise, RedBalloon and LET aim to strengthen communities and reinforce the values critical to effective policing.
