ARLINGTON, TX – In October, the Airpower Foundation will be hosting their premier fundraising gala Sky Ball XXIII at the home field of the MLB’s Texas Rangers, Globe Life Field, in celebration of the 250th birthdays of the U.S. Army, Navy, and Marine Corps.
The networking and fundraising event is slated to host celebrity guests, a vehicle giveaway, and an overall celebration of the men and women who serve their country.
For over 25 years, the Airpower Foundation has been tirelessly dedicated to honoring and serving active and former members of our nation’s military, guided by the tenet that freedom isn’t free.
On October 25th, the non-profit organization continues their mission to honoring the armed forces with Sky Ball XXIII, a special event which boasts to platform “an unforgettable night of patriotism, entertainment and tribute.”
From 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. CST at Globe Life Field, attendees and honored guests can expect a five-star meal prepared by celebrity chef Robert Irvine and his culinary team comprised entirely of veterans, as well as a special musical performance by country music star Neal McCoy.
Alongside the entertainment of the evening, there will be a vehicle giveaway for local active duty service members, a custom portrait presentation to the Gold Star Family of a fallen North Texas Navy Seal, as well as a live Oath of Enlistment Ceremony onboarding over 60 new armed forces recruits.
