School System Goes Feral After Teacher Identifies as Cat and Licks Students

QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA- We are told this is supposed to be “normal,” and we are just supposed to accept it. The late, great Rush Limbaugh used to say he liked to “mock absurdity by being absurd.” Even Rush would scratch his head at this one.

Parents of students at a Queensland high school are “concerned” after a high school teacher has self-identified as a cat, including “hissing” at students and “licking the back of their hands” during class, The New York Post reports.

"Concerned?" Not for nothing, but if a high school teacher had done that to my daughters, she’d be in the hospital and I’d be locked up. Yet, we are supposed to play nice and act as if this is acceptable.

“Miss Purr,” as she (it) likes to be called, teaches at Marsden State High School in Logan City. One must wonder what its students think of it.

Time was not so long ago that teachers served as role models for their students. It would be nice to think that in the overwhelming majority of cases, that is still true.

But over the past ten years or so, the behaviors exhibited by teachers have run from the obscene (sleeping with their minor students) to completely insane, as is the case here.

Our Australian psycho has been shown in videos and photos, published by The Courier-Mail, wearing a headband with cat ears and a lanyard with the word “purr” printed on it in front of the class.

In a comment on Facebook, one commenter wrote, “She…forces the children to call her Miss Purr and cat screetches and growls when they don’t listen.’

Seems pretty stable.

“She sits in class and licks her hands. It’s absolutely disgusting. Something needs to be done about this,” the comment continued.

A relative of one student told The Courier Mail she was concerned by the teacher’s behavior and suspected the school had been slammed with complaints.

“I myself would like answers; it all could be innocent, as I know a lot of kids can be overly dramatic,” she said.

Another post on the same thread from the mother of another student said the teacher “made” her daughter “purr for a lolly.”

After the teacher’s “erratic” behavior became public, a Department of Education spokesperson told news.com.au that Marsden State High School was “aware of parents’ concerns and that the principal had addressed the issue directly with the teacher.”

“Teachers are held to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. This behaviour is not acceptable in Queensland state schools,” the statement added.

A report several days later said the teacher denied the allegations and the school (and teachers’ union–must be an offshoot of Randi Weingarten’s NEA) stood behind Puss ‘n Boots. They claimed the teacher’s initials are PRR, which was mistaken by the students, however, in a photo, one can clearly see it says “PURR.”

According to Daily Mail, Australia, the Garfield wannabe has “not returned to work” and officials claim it no longer works at any Queensland school.

All’s well that ends well. Hopefully, the students were not permanently traumatized by this unhinged loon.

This "teacher" clearly has mental issues. But, as always, the school, and union, is protecting the teacher instead of the students. It shows the mentality of the administration and union. And, btw- even high schoolers shouldn't take candy from strange people.

Try that with my grandkids and it'll be the last stupid thing you ever do. I have no tolerance whatsoever for deliberate stupidity.
