Transgender illegal migrant arrested after allegedly stalking, raping New York youth

NEW YORK CITY, NY - A Colombian national living in the United States illegally is facing criminal charges after allegedly stalking and raping a fourteen year old boy in a store bathroom.

Nicol Suarez, 30, was arrested in connection to the matter and charged with first-degree rape by authorities on Wednesday. The suspect identifies as a transgender woman, according to the New York Post. Sources familiar with the matter describe Suarez as stalking the victim in the vicinity of East Harlem's Thomas Jefferson Park, eventually following him into a bodega bathroom and attacking him.

Law enforcement sources describe Suarez as a wanted man in both New Jersey and Massachusetts, with Immigration and Customs Enforcement already filing a detainer to take Suarez into custody. New York City's 'sanctuary city' policies may prevent the smooth handover of Suarez to immigration authorities upon his release from municipal confinement, according to one law enforcement source.

“It just goes to show that Donald Trump and [border czar] Tom Homan are correct that you need to get the violent people out of New York City and Eric Adams, Letitia James and Kathy Hochul should all cooperate because this person has an ICE detainer."

“ICE could just pick this person up and deport them back. But due to our sanctuary laws we can’t do anything.”

A judge elected as a Democrat has lowered Suarez's bond from the $1.5 million sought by prosecutors, instead enabling Suarez to secure his release with $250,000, according to the Post. Judge Elizabeth Shamahs began her service on the Civil Court of the City of New York bench in January. Suarez is being held in New York City's notorious Rikers Island jail, and it's not clear when the migrant is slated for his next court appearance.

And yet, the federal government may stand to recieve more cooperation in deporting criminal migrants in the Big Apple in the years to come. New York City Mayor Eric Adams- a Democrat- has expressed willingness to work with the Trump administration in removing alien offenders from the community. Adams permitted ICE agents to enter Rikers for the first time in years last week, according to Forbes.

One community member expressed her shock and horror at the charges, calling for Suarez's deportation if convicted.

“This rapist should be deported so he can’t do that to any other innocent young boy."

“That boy must be traumatized a lot for the rest of his life. I feel bad for him because I’m a mother.”

These kind of violent offenders should be deported where they can assault people in their own country. The transgender issue does not play here because he is obviously a criminal at heart, plain and simple. Not ALL transgender by association individuals are criminals like this! Donald Trump our President has it right!!!

Another good case for the execute and release program! Get this POS out of our country!

There are enough evil perverts like this in the U.S.A. without working to import them. That a percentage of victims go on to molest and attack should motivate lawmakers to eliminate parole for sexual predators. Bury the key under the prison or outfit prisons with woodchippers but is it not long overdue to become proactive and protect the innocent?

Deporting this thing's not going to solve anything. Guarantee you that if you deport it tomorrow, it'll be back in a week. Doing its thing in a different part of our country. A perfect candidate for GITMO! Send it and forget it.

Dennis

Just execute it

What was that Stallone movie, Bullet To The Head? Deportation is too good for a worm like this.
