DUBUQUE, IOWA - As the unprecedented invasion of United States sovereign territory continues unabated, former President Trump is promising to end the scourge if he is once again elected president, saying he will invoke “the largest domestic deportation operation in American history,” Fox News reported.

During a campaign rally speech in Dubuque, Iowa, Trump slammed Joe Biden for overseeing the “nation-wrecking catastrophe on our southern border.”

“Under my leadership, we had the most secure border in U.S. history. Now, we have the worst border in the history of the world,” the former president said on September 20, the same day over 4,000 illegal aliens, mainly from Venezuela, crossed the southern border into Texas.

Trump promised that “immediately” after being sworn in as the 47th president, he would “immediately” terminate “every open borders policy of the Biden administration.”

“Following the Eisenhower Model, we will carry out the largest domestic deportation operation in American history,” the 45th president said.

He also promised to “invoke the Alien Enemies Act to remove all known or suspected gang members, drug dealers, or cartel members from the United States,” ending “the scourge of illegal alien gang violence once and for all.”

Trump also promised to “shift massive portions of federal law enforcement to immigration enforcement,” which he said would include the FBI. Department of Homeland Security, Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

“I will make clear that we must use any and all resources to stop the invasion—including moving thousands of troops currently stationed overseas to our OWN southern border,” Trump said, highlighting that “before we defend the borders of foreign countries, we must secure the border of our country.”

In further remarks outlining his proposed response to the alien invasion, the former president also said he would deploy the United States Navy to “impose a full fentanyl blockade on the waters of our region—boarding and inspecting ships to look for fentanyl and fentanyl precursors.”

Trump promised to use U.S. Special Forces and other military assets earlier this year to “inflict maximum damage” on the drug cartels crossing the US-Mexico border.

“Joe Biden has sided against the United States and with the cartels. Biden’s open border policies are a deadly betrayal of our nation,” Trump said in a video.

“When I am president, it will be the policy of the United States to take down the cartels, just as we took down ISIS and the ISIS caliphate—and just as, unlike the situation we are in today, we had a very, very strong border,” Trump said. He emphasized that his administration oversaw “the strongest border…in the history of our country.”

Trump continued that if elected, he would “order the Department of Defense to make appropriate uses of special forces, cyber warfare, and other overt and covert actions to inflict maximum damage on cartel leadership, infrastructure, and operations.”

“The drug cartels and their allies in the Biden administration have the blood of countless millions on their hands—millions and millions of families and people are being destroyed,” Trump said at the time. He also promised to reauthorize Title 42 to “end the child trafficking crisis by returning all trafficked children to their families in their home countries immediately.”

He also said he would reinstate his 2017-era travel ban. This controversial policy suspended entry into the United States from some Muslim countries, such as Sudan, Syria, Somalia, Yemen, and Iran. The ban was later updated the same year to include North Korea and Venezuela. In January 2020, the ban was expanded to include six more countries.

In keeping with his no-borders policy, Biden suspended Trump’s order on his first day in office while directing the State Department to restart visa processing for the affected countries in what he claimed was an effort to “restore fairness and remedy the harms caused by the bans.”

Trump said he would overturn Biden’s order.

“I will bring back the travel ban and expand it even further to keep radical Islamic terrorists out of our country. I will also use existing federal law to deny entry to all communists and Marxists to the United States.”

He continued, “Those who join our country must love our country—and we are going to keep foreign Christian-hating communists, Marxists, and socialists the hell out of America.”

The former president, who is currently leading all Republican challengers for the 2024 Republican nomination according to polls, said he would direct that all major cartels be identified as foreign terrorist organizations, which would cut ties with global financial systems while asking Congress to pass legislation that would make drug smugglers and human traffickers subject to the federal death penalty.

“2024 is our final battle,” President Trump said. “With you at my side, we will demolish the Deep State, we will expel the warmongers from our government, we will drive out the globalists, we will cast out the communists, Marxists, and fascists, we will throw off the sick political class that hates our country, we will rout the fake news media, we will defeat Joe Biden, and we will end illegal immigration once and for all.”

The former president’s remarks come as illegal crossings at the southern border have reached epidemic proportions. Customs and Border Protection officials encountered 45,000 illegal alien crossings in five days last week in Texas at ports of entry and between them, sources told Fox News last week.

That includes only those who were unknown. An unknown number of “gotaways” also crossed into the U.S. Multiple days last week saw over 8,000 illegal aliens per day crossing into Texas from Mexico.

Fox News said sources told them there were nearly a quarter of a million illegal alien encounters in August alone. However, Customs and Border Protection have yet to confirm those numbers. That is a stunning increase from July, when 180,000 crossed (27.8%), and June, when 144,000 crossed (34.7%).
