Michael Letts, political analyst and the CEO and founder of InVest USA, a nonprofit centered around the LEO community, has been focusing on the American political realm for decades. He wants to know what is going on in American politics, where it is all heading, and most importantly, why.
Thankfully he uses his knowledge of the political climate to support and defend the police, especially during the turbulent times for law enforcement following the George Floyd era. Much of America, especially the liberal community, collectively turned their backs on law enforcement and labeled police as public enemy number one.
Instead of falling in line with the dangerous rhetoric, people like Michael Letts stood up for law enforcement and supported them every step of the way. But his desire to support the police comes from a place much deeper than his past of traditionally supporting law enforcement. He understood, more than most people, how dangerous it is to villainize police. He knows that without law and order, the bedrock of the United States of America is at stake and can easily turn into anarchy.
And that would be the beginning of the end for America.
This is just one topic Letts covers in his recently published book Truth, Lies and Control: Finding Hope in an Upside-Down World. Purchase it HERE.
Letts’ book is a complete collection of all things that are playing a role in the future of America. He focuses on what needs to be corrected for the sake of our country and the dangerous direction she is heading in.
In the opening introduction of the book, he wrote, “We know something is wrong. You do. I do. Even people with little or no faith no. We can blame the mainstream media, anarchists, racists, socialists, or myriad other so-called causes. But we know what we feel; maybe it's intuition that we know what we see; we aren't blind. There is no getting around it. We are watching the slow collapse of our country's values, which past generations fought and died for. They hoped to pass these along to you and me, to our children and grandchildren. Sadly, that may not be possible. Those values are eroding fast - faster than any of us ever could have imagined.”
In his book, he covers sensitive and critical American topics like the 2nd amendment, abortion, why young people struggle, education, and the importance of traditional families.
He also discusses why defunding police is “societal suicide.”
“Sure, we can defund the police because we think they are the problem, but doing so only creates a new set of problems, including emboldening criminals and empowering those with mental illness. And yes, I think many of these young transgenders with autism need psychiatric help, not scalpels to fix what ails them most. Regardless, let's stop pretending the police are the problem in this country,” Letts wrote in his book.
Letts not only mentions the societal issues that are destroying America, but offers real, tangible solutions to enable a course correction.
And it isn’t difficult, it just requires action from all of us – starting with picking up his book to understand it all. Order your copy on Amazon today!
