After radical leftist Washington judge releases violent teen, he assaults, stabs, and disembowels a 14-year-old

SEATTLE, WA - There are some people who are an insult to their profession. Nobody stains their profession more in the legal arena than King County Juvenile Court Judge Veronica Galvan, and that is saying something. While lawmakers have railed against police officers being granted qualified immunity, nobody says a word about judges enjoying absolute immunity. And nobody deserves to get their ass sued more than Galvan.

On December 2, 2024, Millorz Canales, 17, of Snohomish County, WA., a violent criminal with a lengthy criminal history, was released from custody in connection with a robbery that occurred in November 2024. Due to so-called “restorative justice,” Canales was put back on the streets, the Independent Sentinel reports.

Just over two weeks later, Canales, along with an accomplice, Hayden Lusebrink, also 17, thought it good fun to kidnap, stab, and disembowel a 14-year-old boy.

Authorities say Canales and Lusebrink are accused of tying the victim to a tree, repeatedly stabbing him, disemboweling him, and leaving him at a park in Everett, WA., to die hanging from a tree.

That wasn’t all. The victim was beaten, stomped on, and had the letter “N” carved into his chest. Oh, and they also tried to cut his fingers off. Miraculously, the victim was able to untie himself to get help.

Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas also have some culpability in this incident as both the victim and his killers have ties to the rival Norteno and Sureno gangs, both illegal alien gangs.

In court filings, the prosecution wanted Canales to remain in jail, citing his violent background. However, Galvan saw fit to let this monster back onto the streets.

“There is a significant risk that if released, he would seek to intimidate or commit violence against witnesses. The safety of the public is at a great risk if he were released.”

Court documents described the victim’s injuries:

“His head was swollen on both sides and clearly deformed. His intestines were hanging outside of his body from the open wounds.”

There is surveillance footage of the attack, which lasted 20 minutes.

Canales has numerous criminal charges and convictions going back to 2022. He is now facing charges, including first-degree assault, first-degree kidnapping, and robbery. Somehow, the 14-year-old survived the violent attack.

The victim was able to identify Canales as his primary attacker. When police arrested Canales, they found evidence tying him to the crime, KTTH reported, including a bloody sweatshirt and a bloody pair of green boxers.

The attack was allegedly motivated by gang rivalry and personal grievances, with the victim admitting to being a member of the South Side Locos street gang.

Galvan fancies herself a radical activist jurist who claims to be part of the so-called “resistance.

“What does resistance look like when you wear a black robe? I recognize that the institution I work for never expected me to occupy this space. But I shall occupy it by acknowledging my privilege and recognizing the institution I love has been complicit in perpetuating oppression,” the left-wing nutjob wrote on Facebook in 2017.

The release of Canales is nothing new for Galvan, KTTH reported, noting it’s “part of a pattern of releasing violent suspects, especially when they’re youth.”

For example, Galvan released a teen offender who, along with his older brother, used ghost guns during a carjacking and high-speed chase in Seattle, ignoring concerns from the juvenile probation counselor and the prosecutor.

In another incident, she released three teens accused of threatening parade-goers with guns modified with a Glock “switch” to make it fully automatic. In that case, the radical Galvan said that jail doesn’t work.

“We’ve detained people for years, years, and crime is still here. Children are committing inappropriate things, we still have behaviors that are concerning. This is going to take a lot more than just throwing people in and locking them up without a key,” Galvan said.

Gov. Jay Inslee, another radical leftist in 2014, appointed Galvan to the King County Superior Court. The only reason she is still on the bench is because she continues to run unopposed. She has dismissed criticisms of her activist judicial philosophy by blaming her critics for not “understand[ing] the nuance of” her role as judge.

As KTTH’s Jason Rantz notes, Galvan “little…understands…the criminal justice system and her role in it. She’s not there to end crime as we know it. She’s there to enforce the law fairly and without bias and to protect victims and the public.”

Clearly, Galvan isn’t in the judicial business to protect victims but rather to coddle the worst among us. As Rantz notes, “Galvan trivializes the experiences of victims and overlooks a foundational principle of accountability.”

Remember the saying, “actions have consequences?” In Galvan’s courtroom, that principle has no meaning whatsoever. Activists may have their place in some institutions, but inside America’s courtrooms is not one of them.

A judge? I don't think so.

Woman has no business on the bench, and needs to be removed by whatever means there is in place for getting rid of a judge like this, has to be something in place for this. Bad, really bad judges do exist, this is an example, and I know provision was made for their removal. This one needs removed.

The Founders settled on SHOOTING them OUT ..... It's coming .............
