'We're all border states': Another illegal immigrant, another killing, this time in West Virginia

BERKELEY COUNTY, WV- Chalk another one up to the Biden criminal alien invasion…another American citizen has been murdered by a ruthless future Biden-voter and all we hear from the White House is gaslighting and crickets.

Breitbart reports that an illegal alien from El Salvador stands accused of murdering a 33-year-old West Virginia woman, while also being accused of attacking two homeless people with a baseball bat, also in West Virginia.

Police say David Antonio Calderon, 46, was booked into Frederick County, Virginia jail subject to an arrest warrant out for his arrest in Berkeley County, West Virginia for the murder of the woman earlier this month. On May 6, firefighters responded to a couch that was on fire in the county where the gruesome discovery was made. The woman, who was not identified, had been missing from a Jefferson County home confinement program.

This came after an incident in April where Calderon randomly attacked two random homeless people with a baseball bat behind a Walmart store in Jefferson County, inflicting serious injuries. The resulting police investigation saw officials obtain an arrest warrant for malicious assault for Calderon.

Several days after the woman’s body was found, Calderon was arrested in connection with the two attacks. After being booked on the assault charges, he was subsequently charged with murdering the woman in Jefferson County.

The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office said Calderon had attempted to obtain asylum in Canada via the northern U.S. border, however was denied. He was turned over to the Department of Homeland Security and released with a Notice to Appear (NTA) by a federal immigration judge and was ultimately apprehended by officials in Virginia.

Calderon remains in custody at the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center in Frederick County while awaiting extradition to West Virginia on the murder charges.

Last month, another illegal alien, Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, who was deported seven times, was charged with aggravated murder after the discovery of an alley in a Cincinnati, Ohio suburb, NewsNation reported.

Garcia-Gutierrez, aside from being deported seven times, has also been arrested and jailed eleven times, with the first arrest dating back to 2001. Yet for unknown reasons, he was still out on the street. Police allege the illegal criminal has used at least seven different aliases and three different dates of birth.

I can tell you this, that person would be alive today and if you don’t think that it’s affecting you in Butler County, Ohio, we’re all border states; we’re all border counties. It’s here and we could go on and on,” said Sheriff RIchard Jones.

“We have an illegal that’s here and he’s been deported eight times in our county, and he’s committed 20 crimes. He’s had seven different names, and now he’s charged with murder, aggravated murder, and who knows who else he’s killed along the way, or killed in Mexico,” Jones continued.
