Jenna Curren, Ed.D, is an associate professor for criminal justice. Prior to working in higher education, Jenna held various custody and treatment positions with the CT Department of Correction, finishing her final years at the rank of Lieutenant. Throughout her tenure, she worked at several facilities where she supervised different types of offender populations including, women, the youth, and offenders with mental health issues. A C.E.R.T and honor guard member, as well as a training officer, Jenna has 15 years of experience in the field and in academics.
