In a horrendous story that should serve as a wakeup call to our country, what has been not only ignored but actually embraced by the ruling class and law enforcement in Great Britain is something out of a dystopian novel. Following is a story that much of the mainstream media in the United States and Britain is ignoring, but it is an abject lesson in what happens with unfettered immigration such as that being pushed by the radical left in our country.
In much of Europe as in the United States, mass migration and so-called “diversity” has become part and parcel of the left. Some, including the Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh, believe that the impetus for open borders, allowing foreign invaders into the country who have no intention of assimilating to the nation’s culture, has sinister underpinnings.
dir="ltr">The left has long said the quiet part out loud, noting that at some point in the not-so-distant future, whites will be the minority in our country. Politicians such as Joe Biden have openly bragged about it. Yet, if someone uses the term “replacement theory,” they are ostracized as racists and xenophobes. Yet one need only see what is happening not only in our country but throughout Europe to realize that is precisely what appears to be happening.Granted, Walsh takes it to what some may call an “off-the-wall” level, claiming that this is being done to eradicate the white race, claiming Western leaders are engaging in their own destruction by facilitating what amounts to a genocide against whites. However, it is hard to argue with his logic when we see what has been occurring across the pond in England.
Rupert Lowe, a member of the British parliament released a 219-page report earlier this week that documents the British government’s complicity in what is called a “systematic rape of an estimated 250,000 young white girls” in England over the past 20 years or so. For those of you in Portland, that is a quarter of a million girls who have been sexually assaulted and otherwise abused over 20 years. That is an average of 34 white girls per day, every day, over the past 20 years raped in Britain.
dir="ltr">Many may ask, what does what happens in England have to do with the United States? We’re 3,000 miles away. The answer becomes clear when you realize that England started out doing precisely what happened over the four years of the Biden administration. The government not only facilitated but encouraged mass migration into the country. And the results have been disastrous.Lowe led the independent “Rape Gang Inquiry” in the UK, which was funded by tens of thousands of public donations. That inquiry showed that the 250,000 white girls were brutally raped overwhelmingly by Muslims, mostly of Pakistani origin, who by all measure had no right to be in the country in the first place. And that number only includes those who actually reported the assaults…the number could be two or three times as many.
The victims came primarily from working-class areas, whose families and ancestors had helped build the country. That mattered not to the British government, its agencies, and most maddening, its law enforcement agencies. All looked the other way as this scourge rotted throughout the country.
According to court records, as quoted in the report:
Around 87% of those convicted in these group-based child sexual exploitation cases bore distinctively Muslim names. The vast majority of men involved in these gangs were not convicted. Dr. Taj Hargey, an imam with the Oxford Islamic Congregation, believes the true proportion of gang members who are Muslims to be around 95%...The overwhelming majority of the rape gang networks consisted entirely of men from Muslim backgrounds–predominantly of Pakistaini heritage, although smaller groups from Somali, Iranian, Syrian, Turkish, and other Muslim origins were also involved…Girls as young as 11 were targeted with gifts, alcohol and drugs, collected in taxis from school gates, care homes and streets and taken to houses, flats, restaurants and hotels and then raped repeatedly by groups of men, passed between perpetrators, trafficked across county lines, and in many cases impregnated or forced into abortions. Most victims endured violence, were filmed for blackmail, or told they were “white trash” or “kuffar” who deserved punishment.
Walsh notes that it shouldn't surprise anyone that nearly all of the rapists identified in the report were Muslims, since he says that “Everything outlined in this report is an established pattern of Muslim behavior, and we need to stop pretending otherwise.”
He cites Muslim pirates from North Africa who routinely raped white women as part of their raids on coastal towns, as well as Ottomans who raped and murdered white women during the fall of Constantinople.
More recently, a migrant boat carrying 75 Iraqi and Syrian refugees on their way to Europe in 2024 capsized about 120 miles off the coast of Italy after eight days' travel. An Iraqi on the boat apparently became enraged when his wife and daughter drowned, and his response was to rape and choke to death a 16-year-old Iraqi girl on the boat in front of her mother. No grief, no attempt to fix the boat. His first instinct was to rape a teenager.
Lowe’s report continues:
The demographic and cultural drivers are clear. Perpetrators from Pakistani Muslim and other Muslim backgrounds operated under an honour-and-shame-based clan code that treated non-Muslim girls, especially white working class girls, as property available for sexual use. This pattern was reinforced by eight theological and legal aspects of Islam. These include the doctrine of Muslim superiority drawn from Quranic verses that position Muslims at the dop with a duty to correct non-believes. The gang members’ justification for their crimes can be found in the Islamic principles of loyalty and disavowal…It demands enmity towards non-Muslims, the superiority of men over women, forced marraige combined with the absence of any fixed minimum age of consent, the perception of female sexuality as inherently dangerous, a system of sex slavery that authorises sexual relations with non-Muslim captices, and a religiously sanctioned social hierarchy that subjugates conquered non-Muslims. These elements, filtered through clannish immigrant sub-cultures, provided religious justification that enabled the systematic rape and even slaughter of White British girls.
The unabated import of foreigners accelerated dramatically under Prime Minister Tony Blair in 1997, although the import of Muslims to work in the country’s textile mills started in the 1950s. Blair, intelligent and well-educated, knew exactly what he was doing when he facilitated the mass invasion into Great Britain. He opened the borders and eliminated visa requirements, as did much of Europe when it combined into the European Union (EU). Once the abuse started, the British government took steps to protect the primarily Muslim invaders. Other British leaders, including Prime Minister Kier Starmer and London Mayor Sadiq Khan, bear responsibility for this outrage.

The stories shared in the report are heartbreaking.
“Chloe,” a pseudonym, was a popular student who did well academically and had an active social life. Despite her parents’ divorce, she described her upbringing as “relatively stable.” She and her brother were placed in the custody of their father, who was an alcoholic.
Just before her tenth birthday, her father died suddenly, and Chloe moved in with her mother and her new husband, whom she described as a “paedophile” who sexually abused her. Despite her mother catching her husband assaulting Chloe numerous times, she did nothing to stop it. The abuse didn’t initially include rape, but it soon escalated. Chloe began smoking cannabis to ease her pain.
Chloe soon began going into the local town center with a friend of hers, and there was a group of Muslim men, primarily Pakistanis aged 20 to 50 who showed them attention. Some were taxi drivers who would take the girls into their cars and drive them around town. At the beginning, there was no sexual abuse, although she described their behavior as “inappropriate.” That soon ended.
The Muslim men soon began the process of grooming the girls, with them providing alcohol and engaging in emotional manipulation by acting as “friends,” which Chloe referred to as “mapping out.” Physical contact, including kisses and massages soon followed while the sexual abuse by her stepfather increased.
Chloe had an aunt and uncle who lived nearby and she had trust in them. On one occasion, she visited them while skipping school and then returning home. On that occasion, her uncle arrived an hour later, unannounced, and she invited him inside, whereupon her uncle sexually assaulted her. Chloe resisted and he left.
She confided in her mother, who reported it to the police, who accused her of lying and took no further action. Such began a pattern of law enforcement officials looking the other way when being notified of abuse. Chloe, thinking there were no adults in whom she could confide, soon turned to the Muslim men whom she encountered in the town center.
One evening, Chloe’s friend suggested going to a nearby town where one of the Muslim men had a hotel room. Drunk and under the influence of drugs, he picked them up and took them to a hotel. Despite being only eleven years old with much older Muslim men, hotel staff did nothing to intervene. Once in a room, the girls were given a potent version of cannabis which Chloe said left her "absolutely smashed.” Chloe’s friend was taken into another room while Chloe remained behind, where a man began to grope her. She resisted, and he struck her, although he didn’t attempt to sexually assault her a second time. Both girls, still intoxicated, were thrown out of the hotel and had to walk home.
Chloe was picked up at her friend's house by the police after being reported missing by her mother. She was grounded for a month and was left with her predatory stepfather, which she described as “torture.”
After that month passed, Chloe went to see her friend who told her she had a new boyfriend–a 25-year-old Indian man. Recall Chloe and her friend were only eleven.
After stopping to purchase a bottle of vodka, the man picked up one of his friends and the girls were taken to a secluded location. Enroute, the men began pressuring the girls for sex. Chloe refused, telling them she was on her period, however the men said that “didn’t matter.” Her friend’s boyfriend took her friend out of the car, leaving Chloe behind with the other man, who proceeded to rape her. That incident occurred in 2003, and in 2022, Chloe took the two men to court; both were found not guilty.
After that incident, Chloe’s life went downhill. She began drinking heavily, smoked copious amounts of cannabis and began taking harder drugs, including ecstasy–”anything to block it out of her mind.” She and her friend would spend hours in the town center, waiting for someone to pick them up in a car, or somebody buying them alcohol or drugs. Somtimes, Chloe would be missing for up to three days, however at only twelve by this time, she was passed between taxis, where she was drugged, abused and raped, always by Muslims, primarily Pakistanis.
In a particularly disturbing case, Chloe was abducted by an abuser who was driving drunk and taken to a graveyard. He gave Chloe whiskey before forcing himself on her and raping her. He withdrew before ejaculation, however forced the empty whiskey bottle into Chloe’s vagina, where it shattered. She admitted herself to a hospital, where she was examined and the glass removed, however nobody on the hospital’s staff asked how she sustained such an injury, nor were police notified.
“Chloe was questioned by police due to her absence on a number of occasions. Each time, she was asked where she had been, who she had been with, and what she had been doing. She replied that she had been having sex with adult males in cars. Rather than opening an investigation and pursuing her abusers, the police dismissed Chloe as a prostitute. They asked her whether she was consenting to the sexual activity and, despite Chloe telling them that she did not know the definition of the word ‘consent,’ they reported that she had been.”
Police also found Chloe and many other missing girls in cars with gang members on numerous occasions, however let the gang members go without even questioning them. One time Chloe was in the town center and was identified as a missing child by a police officer who asked where she had been. She told the police officer about the full extent of the abuse and was told there was nothing that can be done.
The abuse continued for several years, with the “boyfriend” giving the girls alcohol and drugs while introducing them to his friends who were exclusively South Asian men. One time, he took the girls to a textile factory where he worked, where he raped Chloe.
Chloe was eventually put in foster care, but continued to walk to neighborhoods where the Muslim gangs spent their time. They would give her drugs and alcohol and sexually assault her.
At age 13, Chloe told social services she was being sexually abused by gangs of Muslim men. Instead of intervening, they talked to Chloe about contraception and sexual health. One social worker began taking her to a sexual health clinic, where she was diagnosed with chlamydia in her throat and vagina, gonorrhea, genital warts, and pelvic inflammatory disease. Nobody in social services (run by the British government) questioned Chloe or reported it. Police were well aware of Chloe’s activities, but instead of arresting those responsible for her abuse, they didn’t even bother to question them even when Chloe was found in cars or houses with them.
How bad is social services in England? When she turned 14, a social worker approached her about the ongoing sexual exploitation Chloe was relieved that the abuse was finally being addressed. Imagine her surprise when the social worker told her the producers of a show called Emmerdale were looking for a young actress to play a victim of child exploitation, beliving her “experience” would make her a natural for the role.
Chloe ran away from the foster home she was staying and was subsequently abducted by a Muslim gang and was missing for six months.
From the report:
Over this period she was trafficked across the length and breadth of Britain. She was taken to “house after house” and raped and abused by “guy after gyu after guy after guy.” The men who abused her paid money to the gang, which treated her as little more than a commodity. She was reported missing and her photograph was shown on TV. Her abusers remarked on this–”you’re that girl off the TV that’s missing”--but her whereabouts were never reported to the police. Chloe describes a cycle of grooming, rape, and drug and alcohol abuse–this went on until, eventually, she was located by the police.
When the police found her, she was in a car with a South Asian Muslim man. The man was let go without charge, and she was returned to her mother’s house. Chloe’s relationship with her mother had completely broken down by this point, so she continued to run away and her psychological state deteriorated further. Following another period of grooming and sexual exploitation by a Muslim gang, Chloe was taken into police custody and transported to a secure unit at a children’s home.
For a time, Chloe’s life returned to normal after a nine month stay at a children’s home. She was determined to be well enough to be released at age 15, and was placed in foster care with a loving family. She enrolled in a full-time hairdressing and beauty course at a nearby college and for the next two years, “Chloe describes her life as ‘fantastic.’”
That would soon change as she approached her 18th birthday. Too old for foster care, she was able to move into her own house and got a job in retail. However Chloe soon got acquainted with the friend whom she’d been abused with as a child. Chloe invited her to her home, however when she arrived she was in the company of a group of Muslim men who all remembered Chloe from the previous abuse.
Her life turned into chaos, with the Muslim men refusing to leave, with Chloe saying, “It was no longer my quiet little house. It was their house.” They smashed windows, kicked in doors and left the house an “absolute wreck.” They also returned to their practice of sexually assaulting Chloe, with one of the men, who had previously abused her, pinning her down, pulling down his pants and “sat on her face,” orally raping her on her own sofa while the rest of the Muslim gang watched.
Chloe fell back into substance abuse, taking drugs and drinking alcohol to cope. The Muslim gang still refused to leave her home, and they routinely drugged, abused, and raper her, “including with objects including soft drink cans, keys, and a baseball bat.”
The abusers began to pay her bills to "consolidate their presence in her home.” They soon began to bring young children to Chloe’s house to abuse them. There were also numerous occasions when boys under the age of 18 were brought to the house and bullied by their older friends and relatives into raping her. One time, she contacted police to report an assault tthat was taking place in her home, and instead of arresting the Muslim gang members, they threatened her with arrest since it was her home.
Chloe’s abuse continued off and on for years. At one point, Chloe became pregnant by a Pakistani Muslim illegal alien, who moved into her home. He forced here to convert to Islam and forced her into marriage to “legitimise the pregnancy in the eyes of her abuser” but mostly so he could secure a visa. Chloe was forced to wear a hijab, was prevented from looking out of the windows of her home, and if she misbehaved in the eyes of her “husband,” he would “beat her black and blue,” which happened “every day.”
Chloe’s child was born with numerous health problem, including a defective kidney, due to the “deteriorated condition fo Chloe’s womb as a result of the sexual abuse.”
Chloe eventually realized that she needed to leave that part of England and with the help of Women’s Aid, found a property in Scotland where she still lives.
“Chloe personally knows at least twenty other girls from her area who were predated on by the Muslim gangs who abused her. The pattern is always the same: grooming, drugging, trafficking, abuse and rape. Furthermore, Chloe describes being taken into mosques where imams would describe non-Muslims as ‘infidels’ and preach that white women who dressed ‘inappropriately’ were ‘free game.’”
Chloe said that “local police, social services, NHS, and government were all fully aware of what was happening, including the racialised nature of the crimes, but that they did not intevene for two reasons: because they ‘could not be bothered with the paperwork’ and because ‘they did not want ot bee seen as racist.’ Chloe blames these bodies and their ‘major push for diversity’ for her abuse.”
Chloe’s story is only one of many contained in the “Rape Gang Inquiry Report,” however all of them follow the exact same pattern. Muslim gangs grooming young girls, engaging in repeated sexual assaults, and British police and social services looking the other way.
In its conclusion, the Report states the following:
The evidence heard by this Inquiry is unequivocal, overwhelming, and devastating in its clairty. Organised networks of Muslim men systematically raped, trafficked, drugged, impregnated, and destroyed the lives of thousands upon thousands of British children across every region of the United Kingdom for decades. When the documented patterns from Rotherham, Telford, Rochdale, Oxford, Newcastle, Oldham, Huddersfield, Peterborough, Burnley, Tameside, and dozens of other towns and cities are extrapolated nationally, the scale reaches at least 250,000 victims. This is not a collection of isolated local scandals.
It is a national scandal of industrial-scale rape and modern-day slavery enabled, protected, and prolonged by the deliberate failures of the British state at every single level.
The report noted that not all the victims were “vulnerable” children as authorities claimed, but instead “came from stable homes, middle-class families and loving parents. The perpetrators targeted them precisely because they were unguarded by the collective male protection that some minority communities could mobilise. The gangs operated under an honour-and shame-based clan code that treated non-Muslims, especially white working-class girls, as property available for sexual use. They transported victims between towns, shared them among brothers and friends, forced conversions to Islam followed by unregistered religious marriages, and justified the abuse by describing the girls as ‘easy meat,’ ‘white trash,’ or morally inferior. The same networks targeted Sikh girls until Sikh communities responded with collective male protection. White girls received no such defence.”
The report took to task “every institution that existed to protect children [and] instead enabled the gangs.” Those included police across England and Scotland which “discouraged reporting, criminalised victims, destroyed evidence, allowed known rapists to walk free on bail, and in some cases, actively participated in or shielded the networks.”
Social care, the report noted, “removed parental authority, placed children in trafficking hubs inside children’s homes and semi-independent units closed cases despite clear evidence of exploitation, destroyed records, and retaliated against whistleblowers.”
National Home Services (NHS) “recorded genital injuries, multiple STIs in 13-year-olds, pregnancies caused by rape, and suicide attempts yet discharged the children back to their abusers the same night with no safeguarding and trauma care.”
Schools “watched older men collect girls at the gates, heard disclosures of rape in toilets and excluded the victims rather than protecting them.”
The media “self censored the ethnic and religious patterns for fear of being labeled racist [sound familiar?]. Social media platforms became the primary tools for initial grooming, distribution of rape videos, and coordination between perpetrators.”
The report also called the political class to task, specifically the Labour party, which controls the British Parliament.
“When finally forced to act, the Labour government produced a national inquiry whose terms of reference are so tightly drawn–limited to ‘group-based child sexual exploitation’ in a handful of ‘relevant local areas,’ time limited, and deliberately excluding any systematic examination of the demographic, cultural, and religious drivers–that it cannot possibly confront the truths that this Inquiry has heard. Labour did not merely fail to protect children, it actively obstructed justice, suppressed ethnicity data, voted against a proper national inquiry, and sacrificed tens of thousands of white working-class girls on the altar of multiculturalism and electoral arithmetic.”
The report did not spare the Conservative Party, which failed to impose mandatory ethnicity recording. A former Conservative minister, Rory Stewart, “publicly described the issue as a small problem confined to the north of England. He downplayed the national reality and thus showed the attitude of, at the very least, a section of the party, Scottish politics mirrored the same reluctance, refusing a dedicated inquiry and failing to record offender ethnicity.”
Those who were victimized continue to suffer, with some carrying lifelong PTSD, addiction, chronic physical pain, and unrelenting fear. Some have attempted suicide repeatedly and sadly, some succeeded. Pregnancy was used as “a deliberate weapon of control” and in some cases, babies were removed for adoption or placed in foster care while the victims were left in the same environments where the abuse occurred. Lawmakers disregarded the impact on victims and instead, the report accuses, “chose votes, so-called ‘community relations,’ and fear of racism accusations over the protection of British children.”
Moreover, whistleblowers who tried to expose the truth were punished through suspensions, bankruptcies, pre-dawn raids by armed police, frozen assets, and gag orders.
“The rule of law failed and racial and religious aggravation was almost never applied to the few that were convicted, foreign national offenders were rarely deported, and sentences bore no relation to the lifetime of destruction inflicted.”
Is all of this fixable? Walsh doesn’t believe so, noting that Britain is “well past prosecutions now,” since “the court system no longer serves the interest of white people.”
Walsh suggests that we need “international war crime tribunals, like the Nuremberg trials…The British government has declared war on its own people.” He proposes and we’re not sure if he’s serious that “the Trump administration would be perfectly justified if it armed the British people and assisted them in overthrowing their illegitimate and genocidal government.”
One needs to ask, to what ends is England doing this to its own people? In a sane country, and Walsh might be on to something, “[Prime Minister] Keir Starmer and hundreds of other British politicians should be imprisoned immediately.”
“...the scale of this rape gang scandal, the nature of the crimes, the number of victims, the powerful directly and explicitly implicated–all of that dwarfs Epstein by several orders of magnitude.”
Yet we hear crickets from the mainstream media. Leftists like Joy Behar, Jane Fonda, Jimmy Kimmel, and other Hollywood loons who bloviate about the Epstein files have thus far shown zero interest in what Walsh accurately describes as “the worst sexual abuse scandal that the Western world has seen in modern times, and it’s not particularly close.”
Have to agree with Matt Walsh on that one.
