Connecticut Woman Opens Amazon Package to Find Shocking Charlie Kirk Shirt

Imagine placing an order from Amazon for something as simple as a shirt, only to receive the wrong item. That happens quite often. But what a Connecticut woman recently experienced is beyond one’s imagination.

The woman, who asked not to be identified due to the current political climate in the country and who will be called HK, told Law Enforcement Today she placed an order for two shirts on Amazon from a private seller, one red and one gray, with the words, “This is The Turning Point” emblazoned on them. The shirts were a tribute to conservative icon Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated on Sept. 10, 2025.

When the order arrived by USPS mail and she opened it, she was shocked by what she found. Instead of the Charlie Kirk tribute shirt, HK found an off-white shirt with the words “Problem Solved” emblazoned on it, with what appeared to be the depiction of blood all over the left side of the shirt. Kirk was shot in the neck, with blood pouring out of his carotid artery onto his shirt on the left side.

The shirt, although it was sold through Amazon, showed a return address of Jerry Yas out of Rancho Cucamonga, California. We went to Amazon to search for this individual, and nothing came up for him in the search bar.

A Google search found that Yas “is associated with a drop-shipping and mailing service that is often used as a return address for products shipped from China.”

Moreover, some people have reported receiving unsolicited, low-quality items. Also, Google warned that this offers the potential for so-called “brushing” scams, where fake orders are sent to confirmed addresses to generate fraudulent reviews.

HK said she was unable to contact anyone from Amazon. Since it was a third-party seller using the platform, and there appear to have been other vendors involved in the supply chain, it is unlikely any resolution would be achievable. HK said she submitted a return for the item; however, she never received return information. She said she was, however, told that her points were refunded on her Amazon card. Ironically, the image of the original shirt disappeared off Amazon after the incident.

It is beyond belief that this was done accidentally, especially considering where the “blood” was located on the shirt and the words “Problem Solved” being written on the shirt, as well as the hateful vitriol that has been spread about Kirk and the MAGA movement since his murder. HK said she was stunned by what she saw when she opened the package. Her husband, who works in law enforcement, reached out to Law Enforcement Today to convey the incident.

Law Enforcement Today reached out to Amazon public relations and attempted to find an email address for Jerry Yas, however were unsuccessful.

We suggest purchasing items only from known vendors, or if using Amazon, look for reviews. If you do receive unsolicited items from Yas in Rancho Cucamonga, toss them in the garbage. Some reviewers warned that these items, especially small electronic ones, could contain some type of electronic monitoring devices.

Purchase directly from TPUSA. Or Known local sources!

100% I try to avoid third party sellers on Amazon, unless I KNOW they're legit. Otherwise, best to avoid them. When wanting products like this, it's definitely best to go directly to the organization in question and skip Amazon altogether.

Hopefully, Jerry has a slow and painful death.
