ICE Sends Ships Brutal Gang Boss Back to Honduras

HOUSTON, TX – The head of a notorious street gang here stateside was repatriated back to his home country of Honduras earlier in August, where the Honduran national will have to face the consequences over a purported “murderous crime spree” he is actively wanted for in the country.

On August 11th, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported the leader of “an ultra-violent” offshoot of the 18th Street gang identified as 30-year-old Yimi Samario Sevilla Leon back to Honduras, who, according to a press release from the agency, is an active fugitive back in his country of origin.

“Sevilla and 24 other El Mango members are wanted in Honduras for a criminal conspiracy that allegedly used connections with corrupt police officers to carry out a murderous crime spree involving armed robbery, kidnapping and theft,” the agency noted in the ensuring press release following Sevilla’s deportation.

Authorities say Sevilla was initially encountered by immigration authorities back on December 21st, 2023, under the Biden administration, where he was arrested by Border Patrol agents for entering the country without inspection near Eagle Pass and released on his own recognizance within the country’s interior that very same day.

Come February 2025, Honduran officials contacted ICE’s Houston office regarding Sevilla, informing the agency of his active fugitive status, leading to his eventual apprehension on March 19th via a multiagency endeavor.

Sevilla’s apprehension and deportation marks as the second notable deportation effort by ICE’s Houston-based operations regarding alleged members of the 18th Street gang, with the agency’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Houston office having deported a Salvadorean national last December who was also a documented 18th Street gang member wanted for criminal conspiracy in his country of origin.

Despite the 18th Street gang having its roots in Los Angeles, the gang has since spread throughout South America due to the multi-ethnic makeup which spawned the street gang back in the 1960s.

In the decades since its inception, 18th Street gang members who would eventually find themselves deported or voluntary returning to their home countries like Honduras and El Salvador would in turn bring the gang’s credo along with them.

Gabriel Martinez, ICE ERO Houston’s field office director, issued a statement following the removal of Sevilla, remarking on the brutal nature of the crimes associated with Sevilla and the gang he’s reportedly tied to.

“This individual and his fellow gang members allegedly conducted armed robberies, kidnappings and theft to generate criminal proceeds for the gang, and anyone who dared to oppose them were brutally murdered to set an example,” Director Martinez stated, adding, “After Honduran authorities uncovered this murderous scheme, Sevilla cowardly fled to the U.S. Working in conjunction with our office in Honduras, we were able to locate and arrest him in East Houston and repatriate him to Honduras to ensure he faces justice for his alleged crimes.”

He is sent to the country where he was hatched and he will work his way back here to play his little reindeer games! I have the perfect cure for these monsters.....a lobotomy would cure them of all their nasty, violent desires to do the really bad things they do!! I know....Lobotomies aren't done any more....against the law, however they do calm the monster in a person!!
