NEW JERSEY- As Americans struggle with the ravages of inflation, illegal aliens who have entered the country by crossing the southern border are being provided services such as apartments and social security cards, according to National File.
A group called the International Rescue Committee provides these services, including assistance in obtaining places to live and helping them apply for social security. This appears to be designed to keep these illegals in the country.
That group has received millions of dollars in donations from organizations and companies such as Pfizer, BlackRock, Google, Bloomberg Philanthropies, and the George Soros-funded Open Society Foundations.
The board of directors of the IRC is a who’s who of leftist operatives, including former Obama Treasury Secretary Timothy Geitner and former Director of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano.
Others serving on the board include the chairman of BlackRock, Larry Fink, along with Pfizer’s executive vice president Sally Susman. Former Ford Secretary of State Henry Kissinger is an adviser to the organization, along with former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. IRC counts Washington, DC, among its numerous offices worldwide.
National File obtained a copy of the organization’s 2020 annual report, which revealed the organization has received at least $20 million in contributions from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and approximately $5 million from Open Society, including $500,000 this fiscal year.
Aside from those mentioned above, corporate donors to the organization include financial powerhouses such as Wells Fargo, American Express, Mastercard, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley. Other donors include Nike, the Starbucks Foundation, Verizon, Target, eBay, and the PepsiCo Foundation.
One name that stuck out on the list of donors is the Adelson Family Foundation. That foundation has also donated millions to pro-Republican Party causes.
So how does the IRC define refugees? According to National File, they say refugees are “people fleeing violence and persecution—in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of Congo, and other countries in crisis. They are seeking safety and the chance to move their lives forward.”
Their mission states, "With funds provided through the Department of State’sReception and Placement (R&P) program, refugees are provided with safe, sanitary, and affordable housing and basic furniture and household supplies upon arrival in New Jersey.”
A job posting from the organization, also obtained by National File, says the group is attempting to get “refugees” processed into the American system while filling their pockets with government money.
“The Refugee Resettlement Volunteer will assist case management staff in providing reception and placement services to newly arrived refugees as they adjust to their new lives in the US. (S)he will play a key role in helping refugee families access needed benefits and services within their first month to six months in the United States. The volunteer will also perform a series of clerical and administrative duties to ensure client files are kept up to date.”
Responsibilities include “setting up apartments for new arrivals,”… “assisting clients with application for Social Security and state ID cards,”…”accompanying clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and school enrollment.”
A second job posting advertises for a paid position entitled “Caseworker, Refugee Cash Assistance.” This “nonprofit” promotes a “comprehensive and highly competitive set of benefits” and is looking for someone to be “fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in language(s) spoken by IRC’s clients is desired, preferably Haitian Creole.”
Recall that refugees are said to be from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of Congo, so the reasoning behind “Haitian Creole” is unknown.
Among job responsibilities for the case worker include “Coordinate pre-and post-arrival services to ensure each client has living essentials such as housing, medical care, and access to transportation and is oriented to their new environment.”[emphasis added]
Over the past few years, anyone on the right who mentions “replacement theory,” Tucker Carlson, for example, has been categorized as a “racist,” however globalists such as George Soros, his son Alex, Bill Gates, and others have been pushing “replacement migration,” which has also been promoted on the United Nations website.
