NYC Asst. District Attorney resigns after 'Dads Against Predators' bust him trying to meet 13-year-old boy

NEW YORK, NY - Over the weekend, reports flooded in that Assistant District Attorney William C.C. Kemp-Neal, 30, abruptly resigned from his position with the Bronx DA's office just four days after a group of concerned fathers committed to exposing child predators posted a video of him allegedly attempting to meet with a 13-year-old boy.

As reported by The New York Post, "Dads Against Predators" published footage of two members confronting Kemp-Neal outside of a Mount Vernon Target store. The outlet reported that the footage from Dads Against Predators taken on July 8th shows the group members approaching a man identified as Kemp-Neal asking if his name is Marcus. The man is then seen breaking into a full sprint away from the investigators.

The Post noted that Kemp-Neal as an ADA handled "mostly assault, harassment, and child endangerment cases," earning a taxpayer-funded salary of almost $85,000 annually.

The gentlemen gave chase and raised a hue and cry, shouting, "Excuse me everybody, this man right here came to meet a 13-year-old boy."

An unnamed man intervened, stopping Kemp-Neal and restraining him in a chokehold. One man could be heard asking the ADA, "You wanna take him to get a milkshake, right Marcus?”

Struggling for breath, Kemp-Neal answered, "I didn't."

A statement from the office of Bronx DA Darcel Clark obtained by The Post Millennial confirmed the ADA's past employment: "William Kemp-Neal worked here as an ADA from June 28, 2020, until July 17, 2024. He resigned from the office."

The outlet noted that the men confronting Kemp-Neal accused him openly, saying, "You were trying to f*ck a 13-year-old boy."

Mount Vernon Police responding to the scene later told reporters that they "encountered several individuals making allegations of wrongdoing" and added that there would be a "comprehensive investigation." As of this report, no charges have been filed against Kemp-Neal.
