Palestinian Flag-Waving Protester Storms Yankee Stadium Field on 9/11

NEW YORK, NY - In New York City, September 11 is a day filled with sadness and emotion. When fans went to Yankee Stadium to attend the Subway Series between the Yankees and Mets, it was intended as a way to escape the memories of the 9/11 terrorist attacks and watch a baseball game between two city rivals. Instead, an unhinged idiot decided to jump onto the field to make a political statement.

At exactly 9:11 p.m., a moron carrying a Palestinian flag decided to make a spectacle of himself and went onto the field, Fox News Digital reports. Fortunately, Yankee Stadium security and the New York City Police Department made quick work of the loon, with one security guard performing a reverse suplex on him that would have made Hulk Hogan proud.

It was not clear how this loser made it onto the field.

As the man was escorted off the field, Yankee Stadium fans began to chant “U-S-A!” He was also peppered with drinks as he was taken away.

According to The New York Post, the flag-waving bozo was identified as Kelly Marcucci, 38, of Long Island. The Post reported that Marcucci had posted “an unhinged rant” about the terrorist attacks and describes himself as a “revisionist Marxist” on his OnlyFans page.

He is facing misdemeanor charges of interference with a professional sporting event and trespassing, according to the NYPD.

In his online rant, he wrote about capitalism, Zionism, Saudi Arabia, and 9/11, as well as mentioning several high-profile people, including President Trump and podcaster Joe Rogan.

He was wearing a baseball jersey with the words “No Kings” emblazoned on the front.

The Post said Marcucci describes himself as a journalist and “spiritual tactician” (whatever that is) and is a graduate of Stony Brook University, probably matriculating in “Fictional Palestinian Studies” or something useless along those lines.

"Free Palestine” is a screed bellowed by anti-Israel lunatics who believe that Palestinians have a right to Judea and Samaria, which are the ancestral lands of the Jews going back 3,000 years. The same people who claim the United States is on “stolen land” do not have the same beliefs when it comes to the ancestral home of Israel. Those wanting a so-called “Palestinian state” refer to Judea and Samaria as the “West Bank.” The area has been a source of dispute between Israel and Jew-hating Islamists, especially since the 1967 Six Day War.

Despite Marcucci’s best efforts to make September 11 about him, before his on-field stunt, the ceremonial first pitches were thrown out by Brielle Saracini and Sean McGuire, whose fathers were both killed in the 9/11 attacks.

In the case of Saracini, her father, Victor Saracini, was the pilot of one of the hijacked airliners. After the attacks, she wrote a letter to Yankees captain Derek Jeter, who invited her to Yankee Stadium to meet the team and to help the then-10-year-old regain a sense of normalcy. They have stayed connected since.

“When we invited her to the stadium, you really don’t know what to say,” Jeter said during a news conference, The Post reported.

“So, I don’t even know if I said ‘I’m sorry’ or anything like that. I just tried to make her day feel special...and you just try to make her feel as comfortable as you can.”

Such is the contrast between an abject dirtbag like Marcucci and a man like Derek Jeter. One (Jeter) does the right thing while nobody is looking, and the other, an attention whore, makes an ass out of himself in front of 54,000 people and the world.

Don’t be a Marcucci...be a Jeter.
