BOCA RATON, FL - Three adults are facing serious charges related to child sex abuse and the alleged livestreaming of the heinous acts. The accused individuals, Walquiria Cassini (38), Ryan Londono (42), and Matthew Cassini (20), made their first court appearance on Wednesday, with the probable cause affidavits for their arrests heavily redacted.
The investigation, initiated in November 2023 by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, followed a call to a home in Ocala regarding sexual abuse allegations. Two minor boys, ages 14 and seven, reported enduring prolonged abuse. Child Protection Team interviewers, at a support center in Ocala, gathered details from the victims in early December 2023.
The older victim disclosed that during the alleged sexual abuse, he observed a computer near the bed, with an unknown man he believed was watching. On another occasion, he mentioned seeing a group of people on the computer witnessing the abuse. The younger victim also reported seeing people on the computer during the abuse.
The investigation revealed that the alleged abusers might have been involved in a business venture, selling livestreams, videos, and photos of the abusive acts. Walquiria Cassini faces charges including sexual battery, criminal conspiracy, and using or allowing a child to engage in sex. Matthew Cassini faces one count of sexual battery, while Londono faces charges of sexual battery, criminal conspiracy, and using or allowing a child to engage in sex.
In a separate case linked to the same investigation, Walquiria Cassini, who identifies herself as an expert in erectile dysfunction, is accused of sexually abusing children as young as five years old. The arrest followed a four-month investigation by FBI agents and Boca Raton police, during which Cassini allegedly livestreamed the abuse and charged a subscription fee.
The accused individuals, including Cassini's 20-year-old son Matthew and her 42-year-old partner Ryan Londono, face charges related to capital sex abuse. Cassini, described as an entrepreneur specializing in urology and male sexual dysfunction, also claimed to be a licensed medical sonographer.
During a search of Cassini's residence, police discovered multiple ring cameras and tripods used to record the assaults. Cassini's attorney argued in court that no actual video evidence was recovered during the raid. However, the judge noted that at least 33 recordings were removed from an online platform the day after the investigation.
During the search of Cassini's residence on Tuesday, law enforcement reported the discovery of multiple ring cameras and tripods utilized for recording the assault, as indicated by a criminal complaint.
In court, Cassini's attorney contended that investigators had not retrieved any concrete video evidence during the raid. However, the presiding judge countered this assertion, highlighting that at least 33 recordings were removed from an online platform the day after the investigation, raising concerns about potential evidence tampering.
Judge Donald Hafele, a legal veteran with 25 years of experience, expressed profound shock at the charges, stating, "For the past 25 years, I've seen just about everything, so to shock the court's conscience is frankly a difficult proposition at this point in the court's career."
Importantly, the judge refrained from issuing a bond for the accused couple, underscoring the gravity of the charges they face.
Walquiria Cassini is charged with sexual assault on a victim under 12, sexual assault by a custodian, criminal conspiracy, and cruelty towards a child. Londono faces charges of sexual assault with battery on a victim under 12, criminal conspiracy, and cruelty to a child. Matthew Cassini is charged with sexual assault on a victim under 12.
"The extent of this is probably never going to be known." Stated Judge Donald Hafele.

Lots of questions. What platform? Are the livestreams monitored in any way? Did an AI write this story? Are the 14 and 7 year old children the only ones to report the abuse?

If convicted all 3 should be executed.
