Three-time deported illegal alien arrested in connection with setting fire that killed mother, two young sons in CA

STOCKTON, CA - The Biden administration’s legacy of Americans killed by illegal aliens who entered the country across the porous southern border continues after a mother and two of her three children were killed last month in a deadly house fire started by one of those illegal aliens, Fox News Digital reports.

Police in Stockton announced that Jose Carmen Cardona, 59, has been arrested in connection with the deadly blaze. A source with knowledge of the investigation told Fox News Digital that Cardona has been deported three times and returned to the United States each time.

The victims were identified as Lisbeth Gutierrez-Salazar, 32, and her two sons, Juan Gutierrez-Salazar, 10, and Julian Cardona-Gutierrez, 7. Another young boy whose name and age were not disclosed survived the fire. All four were asleep in their mobile home when Cardona set it on fire.

According to authorities, Cardona was dating the mother, but was not the father of the three boys.

After setting the fire, Cardona fled the area, however with help from the U.S. Marshal Service and after obtaining an arrest warrant on June 28, a nationwide manhunt ensued and culminated on July 5 when Cardona was captured in Modesto, about 30 miles from the crime scene.

U.S. Marshal for the Eastern District of California, Lasha Boyden, said Cardona was arrested without incident at a bus stop.

Cardona is facing multiple charges, including murder, attempted murder, and child endangerment, as well as special circumstances enhancements of multiple murder, arson, and torture, which makes him eligible for the death penalty. However, given the crime occurred in California, it is likely Cardona will escape the latter.

Boyden expressed her condolences to the family, and referred to Cardona as a “violent offender.”

“I hope that the capture of this violent offender will bring some sense of justice to you and your loved ones,” Boyden said in a Friday afternoon news conference last week. “This horrific act of violence was felt by all not just in the Central Valley but across our nation.”

Cardona is scheduled to appear in court Monday. He is currently being held without bail at the San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp, California.

The death of the mother and her two young sons is the latest in a series of heinous crimes attributed to illegal aliens, allowed into the country by Biden administration open-border policies. Last month, a 12-year-old Houston girl was abducted, raped, and murdered by two illegal aliens. In New York City, a 13-year-old girl was sexually assaulted in a Brooklyn park in broad daylight, again by an illegal alien. There are others that are much too numerous to mention.

Open borders have become a key part of the current presidential election between Biden and former President Donald Trump, who has promised to close the border and engage in a mass deportation if he is reelected.

According to JPP the border is safe!! What a joke!!

Harry

Biden, Harris and Mayorkas should be charged as Accessories To Murder every time an illegal alien who entered the country through the open southern border commits a crime that results in a death.

Their blood is on the hands of President Biden and his administration!

Joseph

Their blood is on the hands of President Biden and his administration! Again, how many more American citizens need to be harmed, raped or murdered before the Biden Administration is held liable for these travasties due to failure to enfore our border laws! Hold them all accountable personally and civilly for not upholding their sworn duty as elected and appointed Government officers that America trusted them to uphold and enforce!
