SEATTLE, WA - A man who is a convicted murderer and identifies is transgender is accusing the state of Washington of violating his rights- by moving him out of a prison intended for women.
Bryan Kim, who now goes by Amber FayeFox Kim, filed a lawsuit against the Washington Department of Corrections last week in conjunction with the ACLU, contesting his movement away from the Washington Corrections Center for Women.
The transfer was spurred by a disciplinary incident in which Kim was caught having sex with a female inmate, according to The Post Millennial. A document regarding the incident describes a correctional officer "laying on the floor completely nude from the waist down with their cellmate Nerton Sincer-A on top of them also nude from the waist down actively having sex. Kim's hands were on I/I Nerton's buttox in a spread open position while I/I Kim's erect penis was penetrating I/I Nerton's vagina."
Kim was sentenced to life in prison for murdering both of his parents in 2006.
Kim has been detained in solitary confinement for the last six months, while detained in a men's prison- barring one period in which Kim recieved gender-affirming sex change surgery, paid for by Washington taxpayers.
Kim's transfer away from the women's facility as a result of the misconduct was the first of its kind, with the state utilizing a provision allowing transgender inmates to be transferred back to a men's facility for documented disciplinary issues.
Documents obtained by a Washington radio station indicated that 62 inmates who identify as transgender were housed in the Washington Corrections Center for Women in 2023. Kim accused the state of violating his rights by moving him away from the prison for women in a statement provided to the Seattle Times.
“We are being denied our humanity in a systemic way. Being in isolation like this is soul-sucking.”

This human is a murderer, of women, and we let him play this 'travesty' and claim to be a woman so he can violate women again. And in this tragedy, who is the 'victim'? The OFFENDER, of course.
