ICE confirms Venezuelan gang members arrested in Colorado shooting are in the country illegally

AURORA, CO - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has now confirmed that four Venezuelan nationals arrested in Aurora in connection with a late July attempted homicide are illegal aliens.

According to FOX News, ICE confirmed the information in a statement, adding that the four men range in age from 19 to 24. Additionally, the men are also members of the Tren de Aragua gang that has been terrorizing Colorado communities in recent months.

Dixon Jose Azuaje Perez, Nixon Jose Azuaje Perez, Jhonnarty Dejesus Pacheco-Chirinos, and Jhonardy Jose Pacheco-Chirinos crossed the southern border illegally into the United States in 2022 and 2023.

Brothers Jhonardy Jose Pacheco-Chirinos and Jhonnarty Dejesus Pacheco-Chirinos were encountered by Border Patrol Agents in October of 2022 in the Del Rio Sector of the southern border in Texas. Dixon and Nixon Azuaje-Perez were apprehended and given notices to appear by Border Patrol agents on August 22, 2023 in Eagle Pass, Texas. All four are now in ICE custody.

“Thanks to the failure of the Biden administration to secure the border, the people of Aurora and other Americans have suffered at the hands of the Tren de Aragua gang,” Aurora City Council member Danielle Jurinsky told Fox News.

Between Venezuela and the United States, the transnational gang has around 5,000 members and is known for engagement in human and drug trafficking.

According to the Gazette, a memo from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to the Albuquerque Police Department indicated that gang members have been given “the green light” to fire on or attack law enforcement.

“The transnational corporation-size criminal group took advantage of the ongoing border crisis and has been able to push members into the United States and beef up its presence in cities nationwide where law enforcement and elected officials are gravely concerned about the type of violence they are seeing, particularly after one murder that has been in the spotlight,” the Gazette reported.

Jose Ibarra, the man suspected in the February murder of Laken Riley is also an illegal alien from Venezuela and a reported member of the Tren de Aragua gang.

United States Representative Tony Gonzales of Texas has expressed serious concern about the gang with a reputation as an “an agent of chaos and terror through Central and South America.”

“For months, I have sounded the alarm about Tre de Aragua and the threat this gang poses to Americans,” Gonzales reportedly told the Washington Examiner.

Don't you wish the illegal aliens was out Knocking off politicians ? Then things would change Maybe

Linda

Knock them out and secretly implant a tracker/alarm that will alert when they get within 100 miles of the border. Then fly them back to Venezuela in chains.

Sadly, more articles like this are to be expected. Look for more attempts to abolish the 2nd Amendment and calls for a National Federal Police Force to replace local law enforcement. It's coming !

The blame for this deplorable situation reaches far and wide. First there's the Biden/Obama/Harris administration, including Mayorkas. Then, at the state level, there's Governor Polis and Colorado's DemocRAT controlled Legislature. Last but not least, there's Denver Mayor Mike Johnston and various members of his administration. Every time an innocent American citizen is injured or killed by an illegal alien, these "leaders" have the victim's blood on their hands, stains that no LIES or EXCUSES will ever remove !!!

I thought the borders were safe lol
