ICE Rounds Up 131 Illegal Alien Gang Members in One Week, Including MS-13 and Tren de Aragua Thugs

WASHINGTON, DC - In an exclusive statement to Fox News Digital, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) told the outlet that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested over 100 suspected gang members in the country illegally just over a week ago.

According to DHS, ICE agents arrested 131 people affiliated with gangs between Oct. 4 and Oct. 10, 22 of whom were affiliated with MS-13 and 13 with Tren de Aragua (TdA).

DHS said that ICE has arrested 12,018 known gang members since President Trump was inaugurated on Jan. 20, 2025.

“In less than a week, the brave patriots of ICE have arrested more than 100 gang members across the country, including members of MS-13 and Tren de Aragua,” DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin said in a statement.

“The best that America has to offer are on the frontlines every day to ensure the worst of humanity cannot threaten or harm innocent Americans,” Mullin said.

Those arrested by ICE are the same criminal illegal aliens defended by Democrats while excoriating ICE agents. Democrats have drawn no difference between criminal illegal aliens who were picked up by ICE earlier this month and so-called “fathers and mothers” whom they routinely defend.

Secretary Mullin praised President Trump’s leadership in helping ICE smash the “gangs and cartels, making it impossible for them to do business in America and removing their members from our country. Arresting and deporting illegal aliens, especially gang members, is how we make America safe again.”

One of those arrested is a Salvadoran illegal alien and MS-13 member, Gustavo Adolfo Flores-Ramirez. He was arrested in Las Vegas on Oct. 7. He is wanted in El Salvador for aggravated homicide, aggravated femicide, rape of a minor or incapacitated person, illegal or irresponsible handling, carrying, or possession of firearms, illicit grouping and crimes involving public peace, DHS said. Again, these are the individuals Democrats in sanctuary jurisdictions are trying to “protect.”

DHS said it is unknown when he first entered the U.S. illegally; however, he was arrested in September 2021 and deported to Mexico. He then reentered the country on an unknown date and location; reentering the country after being deported is a felony.

Another illegal criminal alien gang member picked up by ICE is Jose Luis Perez-Arrias, a Venezuelan national and TdA member, who was arrested in Tallahassee, Florida. Perez-Arrias is not only a member of TdA but is a suspected hitman for the gang. He illegally entered the U.S. in October 2023. He was arrested by Border Patrol agents and released back into the country by the Biden DHS.

Emerson Jossiel Calderon-Hernandez, another Salvadoran illegal, was arrested in Washington, D.C. He is a suspected MS-13 member who entered the country illegally when Barack Obama was in office. He was released into the country. Calderon-Hernandez has been arrested for second-degree assault, attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, armed robbery, first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and false imprisonment. Precisely the type of foreigner most Americans want in the country.

In Denver, an unnamed 14-year-old from Venezuela facing first-degree murder charges with extreme indifference was picked up in the sweep. He is allegedly a member of the Los Piratas Gang, a faction of TdA, DHS said, and was illegally carrying a Glock pistol at the time of his arrest.

He is also charged with first-degree assault with extreme indifference, first-degree kidnapping, aggravated criminal extortion, illegal discharge of a weapon, and conspiracy. Under Democrats, the 14-year-old would be considered a so-called “Dreamer” under the “DREAM Act” or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and given deportation relief when in fact he is a common criminal.
