Renzo Mendoza Montes, 32 years old, is a national of Venezuela and is in the US illegally. He was arrested on February 22 in connection with a January assault of the young girl.
Montes is facing one felony count of Carnal Knowledge of a Child Without Force and one felony charge of Taking Indecent Liberties with a Minor. He is being held on those charges without bail at the Blue Ridge Regional Jail.
Reportedly, Montes was detained and then released by Border Patrol in September 2023. Police say he remained in Campbell County, Virginia since that time.
Sheriff Whit Clark said in a press release, “Due to the fact that is an active investigation, the sheriff’s office will not be releasing any additional details related to the case. We are especially sensitive to the fact that these crimes involve a young juvenile who lives here within our community. Like any criminal investigation conducted by the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office, upholding the integrity of a case is priority for our department and the Campbell County Commonwealth’s Attorney.”
No further details have been released at this time regarding the victim. This is the most recent report of illegal immigrants committing violent crimes in the US. In Georgia, a nursing student was brutally murdered by an illegal immigrant, Jose Antonio Ibarra.
NYPD officers were attacked and assaulted by a group of illegal immigrants recently, who were unremorseful when arrested, with one man flipping off cameras as he walked out of the court house. One of those suspects was arrested again days later, after being released, for robbery.
Also in New York, a teenager from Venezuela was accused of shooting at a police officer during what was described as a robbery gone wrong.

There's no such thing as an "illegal immigrant". Immigration is legal. They're illegal ALIENS.
