According to Not the Bee, a serial rapist who is serving a 167-year sentence for sexually assaulting seven women has suddenly discovered that he is in fact a she, a clear move to avoid being placed into a men’s prison. Aaron Pernell, who likes to go by the name “Arya” in his newly discovered persona, is an Iraq war veteran who previously served as a Specialist with the 82nd Airborne Division, according to Reduxx. From the outlet:
“A serial rapist serving a 167-year sentence for seven sexual assaults on women has begun claiming to be transgender while behind bars. Aaron Michael Pernell, who now refers to himself as ‘Arya Milan’ Pernell, has initiated a civil rights complaint demanding transsexual surgeries in a bid to obtain ‘a fully functional female anatomy’ before an eventual transfer to a women’s prison.”
News for Pernell. Men cannot become a “fully functional female” just by getting their member cut off, inverted, and turned into a “vagina.” So-called “trans females” cannot menstruate, cannot have babies, and cannot go through menopause. It simply doesn’t work that way. So he can claim he’s a female all he wants but biology says otherwise.
According to Not the Bee, on December 13, 2009, Pernell broke into the home of Maria Durden, a military spouse living on base at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Pernell, who was intoxicated, raped Durden in front of her child.
Pernell initially tried to play the psycho card, telling police that “Jason,” a voice inside his head, told him to attack women. During questioning by Army CID agents, Pernell blamed his internal voice, saying: “I myself would not commit these crimes. The voice in my head makes me do bad things.”
“Now, Pernell is demanding several taxpayer-funded surgeries that would ultimately allow him to secure a transfer to the female prison estate,” Reduxx reported.
After being identified as a suspect, Pernell consented to providing a DNA sample to police, which matched evidence recovered at the crime scene. He later pleaded guilty to rape and burglary during a general court martial at Fort Bragg. He was ultimately sentenced to 50 years in prison and dishonorably discharged from the U.S. Army, the outlet reported.
After his initial sentencing, DNA evidence tied him into a series of unsolved burglaries and sexual assaults against women in Fayetteville and Hoke County, North Carolina, going back to 2008.
In September 2009, Pernell was arrested in Fayetteville for burglarizing a home and assaulting the occupants with a pellet gun. He then went on a sexual assault spree and was arrested and convicted of three sexual assaults in Cumberland County and an additional three in Hoke County.
At trial, Pernell’s family members told the court that Pernell returned from a 15-month deployment to Iraq in 2006 as “a troubled man.”
So, a man with enough testosterone to sexually assault seven women has suddenly decided that he’s not a dude.
Court records showed that Pernell legally changed his name to Arya Milan in 2020 and notified the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) in January 2021 of the change and demanded that the judgment and commitment file in his record be changed to reflect his “new identity.” Pernell also advised the FBOP that he had been allegedly diagnosed with “gender dysphoria” in 2019 after he attempted to cut off his penis.
In a legal complaint filed in February 2023, the clearly confused Pernell wrote:
“ARYA has identified as transgender since 2016. ARYA declared herself as transgender to FBOP staff in 2016 during her first year confined in the FBOP. In September 2016 she was diagnosed by a psychologist as being a male to female transgender. In April of 2019 ARYA was diagnosed with gender dysphoria. In August of 2019, ARYA began her medical transition by undergoing female hormone therapy.” [emphasis added]
Pernell claims he wears makeup and “female undergarments” and “lives as a female.” In a hilarious claim, Pernell claims he is being hit on by male inmates due to his appearance. After being transferred to another institution, Pernell said he was sexually harassed while he was attending the Sex Offender Treatment Program.
And some wonder why Secretary of War Pete Hegseth wants gender-confused individuals removed from the military.
