INDIANAPOLIS, IN- Another radical in a black robe has inserted himself into the culture wars after he ordered the Indiana Department of Correction to provide sex reassignment surgery to a monster who “identifies” as a woman serving a prison sentence for murdering an 11-month-old baby, The Gateway Pundit reports.
The inmate, Jonathan Richardson, is now pretending to be a woman named Autumn Cordellione. He was convicted in 2001 for strangling his then-wife’s infant daughter to death.
In 2023, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed suit against the Indiana Department of Corrections seeking a sex change on behalf of Richardson, who three years earlier decided he was a woman. There is currently a law in Indiana banning taxpayer-funded sex reassignment surgery.
Fox News Digital reported that according to the ACLU, which was absent during the government-mandated lockdowns and vaccine mandates, the law violates the Eighth Amendment’s prohibition on “cruel and unusual punishment.”
On March 5, a Clinton appointee, Judge Richard Young, agreed with the ACLU and ordered Indiana taxpayers to pay for Richardson’s surgery.
“The court ordered that the Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Correction should be preliminarily enjoined to take all reasonable actions to secure Ms. Cordellione [Richardson] gender-affirming surgery at the earliest opportunity,” Young wrote. “Ms. Cordellione [Richardson] seeks to extend the injunction for the second time. For the reasons that follow, her [his] motion to renew or extend preliminary injunction…is granted.”
Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita disagrees, writing, “Convicted murderers don’t get to demand that taxpayers foot the bill for expensive and controversial sex-change operations. It lacks all common sense. We won’t stop defending our state’s ban on using taxpayer funds to provide sex-change surgeries to prisoners.”
Moreover, a psychologist who evaluated the baby murderer says Richardson is not a suitable candidate for sex change surgery. Psychologist Kelsey Beers wrote that she doesn’t believe Richardson has legitimate “gender dysphoria” but instead has an antisocial personality disorder and borderline personality disorder. She also wrote that he “displays an established pattern of attention-seeking behavior.”
Young, who apparently has more experience in the psychiatric world than an actual psychologist, disagreed with her evaluation.
“In summary, the court finds that Dr. Beers’ report does not present a significant factual development that would cause it to reconsider its grant of injunctive relief as to Ms. Cordellione’s [Richardson’s] Eighth Amendment claim,” he wrote.

At least the judge didn't release he-she-guy-gal on the basis he didn't kill his child. With this judge he might of been released on the basis of a "late term" abortion. With this group anythings possible

What's cruel and unusual is that he's not sitting on death row.
