Tattooed Washington Dad Accused of Killing His Three Daughters Remains On The Run

CHELAN COUNTY, WA - It's been almost two weeks since Travis Decker was last seen with his three daughters who have since been found dead, and authorities throughout the state of Washington are continuing their search after releasing new photos of the tatted up Decker in hopes that the public can help them locate him.

On Saturday, June 7th, the Chelan County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) released a wanted poster via Facebook that features several new photos as well as a few previously released images of Decker, 32, the alleged murder suspect, People Magazine reported.

Decker has been accused by authorities of killing his three daughters Paityn, 9, Evelyn, 8, and Olivia, 5, and has been charged with one count of kidnapping and three counts of first-degree murder.

According to a post on the Sheriff's office's FacebookDecker was last seen wearing a tan or green t-shirt, which he was previously photographed in, with dark shorts. He has been described as 5'8" with black hair and brown eyes. CCSO also warned that he is "dangerous" and that he "may be armed."

In the update on June 7th, CCSO wrote that hundreds of law enforcement personnel are searching "dozens of structures and the forests" in the surrounding area. "We continue these search efforts, acting upon gathered information and tips from the public, and leads developed through even more search warrants," CCSO said. They said that the local road has been reopened after police found "no credible threat."

"However, we ask the public to remain vigilant as they venture back out to the recreation areas of Chelan County. We have notified the USFS that they can reopen the recreation areas as well," CCSO said. Authorities are encouraging residents to check their doorbell cameras and other security cameras they have and to contact police if they see something helpful to the search. CCSO reiterated to "not attempt or contact or approach" Decker if they see the alleged suspect.

A U.S. Marshals Service affidavit obtained by FOX 13 states that authorities are worried Decker will attempt to flee the United States after allegedly looking up phrases including "how to relocate to Canada" and "how does a person move to Canada," on May 26th, just a few days before he picked up his daughters for their scheduled visit.

Decker's daughters were found dead on U.S. Forest Service land near Leavenworth on June 2nd. His vehicle was also found at the scene. "The location of the victim's remains is relatively close to the Canadian border and approximately 11 miles from the Pacific Crest Trail, a well-established trail that leads directly to Canada," the affidavit read.

A preliminary report lists the believed cause of death as "asphyxiation" for all three girls. Investigators found a blanket, a wallet, food, and car seats for the girls inside Decker's vehicle, which had two bloody handprints on it.

Decker is a former military member and possesses skills in navigation and survival, which could aid him in evading the police. The affidavit says there is probable cause to believe Decker committed unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Police are offering a $20,000 reward for any information leading to Decker's arrest. Authorities are asking anyone who has seen Decker to call 911 immediately or call the CCSO at 509-667-6845.

Sometimes there is a LOT more to the story than meets the eye ..... The government has used this very tactic to get rid of whistleblowers and those who try to expose government wrong doing and crimes ........ This man may very well have been set up for some reason yet unknown ....
