WASHINGTON, DC - While rampant anti-Semitism rages across the country and our southern border remains wide open, the National Security Agency, tasked with monitoring both internal and external threats to the homeland, is instead focused on creating a voluminous glossary of woke terminology for employees, an exclusive report from the Daily Wire reads.
The outlet obtained and verified a copy of the NSA’s “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Glossary, which includes definitions for terms such as “queer theory” and “white fragility” in the guide which appears to blame “white Europeans” for engaging in “settler colonialism” and “transmisogyny.”
The 34-page document was published internally in May 2022 but was only released publicly after The Daily Wire’s investigation. The outlet reports that the glossary “pushes blatantly left-wing views on race and sex” while also endorsing “the tenets of Critical Race Theory and Queer Theory.”
Identifying itself as “a glossary of terms and language commonly used in dialogue regarding diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice,” the document quotes controversial far-left mouthpieces such as Ibram X. Kendi (real name Henry Johnson) and Robin D’Angelo.
For example, the glossary cites D’Angelo, author of the book “White Fragility,” where it talks about defining the term as “the state in which even a minimum amount of racial stress becomes intolerable, triggering a range of defensive moves [in white people],” while adding “these behaviors…function to reinstate white racial equilibrium.”
It defines “white privilege” as “the unquestioned and unearned set of advantages, entitlements, benefits and choices bestowed on people solely because they are white,” adding “white people who experience such privilege do so without being conscious of it.”
Finally, the glossary defines “white supremacy” as “a historically-based, institutionally perpetuated system of exploitation and oppression of continents, nations, and people of color by white people and nations of the European continent for the purpose of maintaining and defending a system of wealth, power, and privilege.”
Not only does the NSA, which has been widely criticized for spying on ordinary American citizens, beat the CRT drum, but it also pushes so-called “queer theory” as an approach that “deconstructs and challenges binaries such as male and female, or heterosexual and homosexual.” In other words, it deconstructs science.
The glossary then goes through a litany of terms related to LGBTQ issues, including one that you’ve probably never heard of before…” transmisogyny,” which is “the intersection of transphobia and misogyny,” or “the irrational fear of, aversion to, or discrimination against transgender people…often directed at transwomen in particular.”
There is also a unique definition for LGBTQ Native Americans…Two Spirit. This is defined as “a Native American term for individuals who identify both as male and female. In Western culture, these individuals are identified as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgendered.” Now, they have their own special definition.
Then, we get into the whole pronoun world. For example, “ze” and “zer” are described as “gender-neutral pronouns that can be used instead of he/she” and “his/her,” while “two-spirit” is defined as noted above. [Note: In spellcheck, “zer” is redefined as “zero.” Read into that what you wish]
It’s hard to believe that US taxpayers actually paid some bureaucrat to come up with this nonsense, but here we are. Other terms include “Latinx,” which most Hispanics even refuse to use.
Rep. Mike Walz (R-Fla.), a combat-decorated U.S. Army and Green Berets veteran was stunned by the document within an agency that should be concerned with national security.
“I just can’t overemphasize how shocking this is,” Walz told The Daily Wire. “I’m a member of the Intelligence Committee in the House, and it is an authentic document.” 4
“This isn’t some kind of diversity document, with terms like white fragility and definitions of whiteness and ‘ze’ and ‘zir’ in, say, the Small Business Administration,” Walz said. “This is the NSA, the National Security Agency, one of the most powerful agencies in the world that the world has ever seen.”
The glossary doesn’t only concern itself with political correctness but also targets our Founding Fathers and the founding of the United States. It targets the founders under the definition of “settler colonialism,” noting it “typically includes oppressive governance…and enforcement of codes of superiority.” It then gives examples, which it says “include white European occupation of land in what is now the United States.”
This is absolutely horrifying language for any patriots who love our nation and embrace our founding.
Of course, colonization also requires the opposite or decolonization, defined as a process that “requires a recognition of systems of oppression” to unlearn “values, beliefs, and conceptions that have caused physical, emotional, or mental harm to people through colonization.”
Conservative icon Mark Levin wrote a book called “The Democrat Party Hates America.” This document, pushed under the current administration, seems proof positive that Levin is correct.
Have you ever heard of “heterosexual privilege?” That is also defined in this steaming pile of garbage, noting that anyone who isn’t gay or trans has “heterosexual privilege.”
The NSA document also defines terms it calls “problematic.” For example, the definition of “female-bodied” explains the “term is very problematic as it genders bodies nonconsensually and plays into cissexism (in that breasts or a vulva, for example, are considered inherently female).” The term “male-bodied” is also included.
Remember being told Democrats were the “party of science” during COVID? Apparently, that only counts when they are trying to exercise authoritarian power. When it comes to the gender people are born as God is apparently accused of “nonconsensually” gendering bodies.
The document delves into the area of “grievance politics,” The Daily Wire report notes, defining terms such as “microaggression,” “micro-invalidation,” and “sizeism,” the latter which is a new one but apparently is “discrimination against people based upon their perceived (or self-perceived) body size or shape.”
The NSA makes it clear that the administration isn’t only trying to advance liberalism but instead push the bible of leftists–social justice and equity.
Walz is concerned the NSA has lost focus on what they should be concerned with, especially given the current state of the world.
“It is disturbing that this is what the senior leadership of one of our most critical intelligence agencies is worried about when we literally have the world on fire,” Walz said, noting the October 7 Hamas terrorist attack on Israel, an attack which caught US intelligence agencies by surprise.
“Those holding the keys to power, those with their finger on the nuclear button or on incredibly powerful surveillance capabilities” are being “indoctrinated that our civilian institutions are inherently racist, are systemically misogynistic, and have a colonialist past and therefore [are] bad.
“Our military is not focused on lethality. They’re focused on diversity and climate,” Walz added, noting, “That’s going to result in our enemies not fearing us and respecting us as they should.
“Who wants to put their life on the line to defend that, and does that then lead to questions of whether those inherently flawed institutions should have true oversight over a very powerful intelligence agency in a very powerful military?” he asked.
The document obtained by The Daily Wire is marked as “unclassified”; however, it is not supposed to be publicly released without authorization. It almost makes you wonder what they are trying to hide.
The publicly available document states that “diversity and inclusion strategies inform our daily operations” and that the agency is actively “cultivating relationships with external partners and leveraging those partnerships to increase the diversity of NSA’s hiring talent pool.”
On his day in office, Joe Biden issued an executive order designed to create a “whole-of-government equity agenda” on his first day in office. Then, in June 2021, Biden issued a second executive order to establish “a coordinated government-wide initiative to promote diversity and inclusion in the Federal workforce” to " expand equity and inclusion accessibility.”
