BALTIMORE, MD – A trio of illegal alien MS-13 gang members were convicted of numerous crimes, including murder in aid of racketeering, in federal court earlier in September following an investigation initially aided in part by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
On September 19th, three MS-13 gang members who are also illegal aliens were convicted in a federal court in Baltimore for their respective exploits meant to further the terror-inducing agenda of MS-13, with the three individuals being linked to acts such as murders of retaliation and attempts on the lives of those believed to be informants by the gang.
The defendants in question, and their convictions, are as follows:
In a Justice Department press release pertaining to the trio’s convictions, details regarding their murderous exploits were shared which demonstrates the existential threat that transnational illegal alien gang members present to U.S. citizens.
According to the Justice Department, back in May of 2020, Constanza-Galdomez, Valenzuela-Rodriguez, and Pesquera-Puerto lured a 16-year-old girl, Gabriela Gonzalez-Ardon, “to an area near Loch Raven Reservoir in Cockeysville” who they believed was associating with a rival gang, butchering the young girl with a machete along with other MS-13 gang members.
Roughly a week after the murder of 16-year-old Gonzalez-Ardon, Constanza-Galdomez and Valenzuela-Rodriguez set their sights on 18-year-old Michelle Tenezaca, who the two criminal illegal aliens believed the young woman to be cooperating with law enforcement.
Much like Gonzalez-Ardon, the two men lured Tenezaca to the CSX Bayview Train Yard in Baltimore, stabbing her over 140 times alongside other MS-13 gang members, and left her body next to the train tracks.
Constanza-Galdomez and Valenzuela-Rodriguez also attempted two additional murders in June of 2020, confronting a man and his girlfriend, who was the sister of one of the prior homicide victims, outside a Baltimore library.
The two gang members ordered the younger recruits accompanying them to take the girl to the train yard where Tenezaca was murdered earlier in the month, with the younger MS-13 members stabbing the woman over 70 times.
As for the male confronted outside the library, Constanza-Galdomez and Valenzuela-Rodriguez transported him to Dundalk at knifepoint and stabbed him numerous times as well. Surprisingly, both victims survived the attacks.
U.S. Attorney Kelly O. Hayes issued a statement following the convictions of the three men, emphasizing the dangers posed by MS-13 due to the gang’s notoriety for brutal murders meant to instill fear in communities.
“These defendants’ commitment to carrying out multiple vicious attacks and murders, including the killing a 16-year-old girl, is unconscionable,” Hayes stated, adding, “Members of this ruthless, international gang thrive on murdering and terrorizing others, and in this case, did so to advance their standing within this lawless organization.”
Homeland Security Investigations acting Special Agent in Charge Evan Campanella also issued a statement in light of the convictions, saying, “This conviction is a testament to the unwavering commitment of Homeland Security Investigations and our law enforcement partners to dismantle violent Foreign Terrorist Organizations like MS-13. These individuals brought fear and brutality to our communities, but through tireless investigation and collaboration, we have ensured they will no longer pose a threat.”
All three of the convicted criminal illegal aliens are facing a mandatory minimum of life in federal prison.
A sentencing date has yet to be scheduled.
