Mathew Silverman is the National President of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA). He has a long history of federal service and is recognized by members as an honest, hardworking, and passionate leader. Inspired from a young age by a desire to serve, Silverman began as a volunteer firefighter and has dedicated his career to supporting federal law enforcement officers. As FLEOA president, he focuses on advocating for improved pay, benefits, and mental health resources for law enforcement professionals nationwide.
