Inspired from a young age by a desire to serve, Silverman began as a volunteer firefighter and has dedicated his career to supporting federal law enforcement officers. As FLEOA president, he focuses on advocating for improved pay, benefits, and mental health resources for law enforcement professionals nationwide.
